With the increasing design knowledge of domestic agricultural machinery,the current design information of agricultural machinery products has problems such as heterogeneity,low utilization rate of design knowledge,and insufficient sharing of design knowledge.Therefore,knowledge representation,storage,and retrieval of heterogeneous knowledge in the design process become crucial.The corn harvester header is an important part of corn harvesting machinery products.Effective knowledge sharing and reuse can improve the design quality of the corn harvester header.In order to solve these problems,this paper collected and organized the design knowledge of corn harvester headers at home and abroad.This paper studied and analyzed the design knowledge representation of corn harvester header,the use of OWL ontology description language,and database storage.In this paper,the knowledge base system of the corn harvester header was developed to achieve rapid design,and it also laid the theoretical foundation and practical experience for building a knowledge management system for agricultural machinery equipment design.Main research work and achievements can be summarized as follows:(1)The dissertation analyzed and studied the composition,structure,working principle and design process of the corn harvester header,this article collected and collated the design knowledge related to the corn harvester header,and analyzed the current mainstream knowledge representation method: generation Expression,logical notation,frame notation,object-oriented notation,semantic web notation.Based on synthesizing the above knowledge representation methods and combining the characteristics of corn harvester header design knowledge,an ontology-based corn harvester header design knowledge representation method is proposed,which realizes the structured,hierarchical and standardized description of design knowledge.(2)It established the ontology model of corn harvester header design knowledge,through ontology modeling software Protégé.This article combined the traditional seven-step modeling method,summarizes and summarizes the five-step method of the ontology model construction of corn harvester header design knowledge.The description of the corn harvester header ontology solved the problem of heterogeneous domain information,and it completed the ontology model construction and three-dimensional model construction of the corn harvester header design knowledge.(3)It realized the database storage of the knowledge ontology of the corn harvester header,it used the Jena ontology analysis tool to parse the knowledge ontology of the corn harvester header design,and it exported the OWL document to store the design knowledge,and then it used the My SQL relationship type database stores relevant design knowledge.(4)This article developed a corn harvester header design knowledge base system,using.NET framework technology,C# as a language for programming.Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 was used as a development tool,and My SQL was used as a back-end database to establish a knowledge base system This system can provide a reference for the design of the corn harvester header in a series of tests.
