Forest fire monitoring is one of the most important tache in forest fire prevention task.Only to find the fire timely,to determine the development situation,to determine the location of the fire accurately,to take responsive measures quickly,it is probable to reduce the degree of fire hazard effectively.With the development of forest fire information technology,video monitoring has been gradually applied in some forest areas in our country.Due to the complex terrain,in order to improve the monitoring efficiency and reduce the cost of construction,it is necessary to make reasonable distribution of forest fire video monitoring points.This paper takes Gansu Qilian Mountains Nature Reserve as the research object,this research uses GIS spatial analysis method and mathematical modeling method and computer technology,based on the digital elevation model of the study area and the land type datas to analyse the influencing factors of the reasonable distribution of forest fire video monitoring points,and based on the spatial distribution of the existing monitoring points to analyse the reasonable layout of forest fire video monitoring points which are to build.Then,using the the evaluation system of the monitoring points layout which is constructed by the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the layout scheme.The results are as follows:(1)The key influencing factors of forest fire video monitoring points layout are:terrain,the distribution of the key monitoring areas,the rivers distribution,the traffic location,slope position,slope size and the distribution of the existing monitoring points.Because of the geographical environment is complex for this reserve,so in order to obtain the maximum coverage,it is based on the GIS domain analysis method to set the monitoring points in the higher terrain area in this paper.To achieve the effective monitoring for the key areas,it is according to the distribution of shrub and shrub forest to set monitoring points in this research.(2)Through the analysis of the influencing factors of forest fire video monitoring points layout,and based on the distribution of monitoring points and the existing problems,it is to research the spatial layout which for the research area of the proposed forest fire video monitoring points.Finally,the Gansu Qilian Mountains Nature Reserve key monitoring area of the fire from the original coverage of 12.5%to improve the rate of up to 87.4%.(3)This paper analyzes the evaluation indices of the layout scheme from the following three aspects:monitoring efficiency,single point construction cost and the input-output ratio of the whole monitoring system.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to establish the analytic hierarchy process model.Then,the weight of each evaluation index is calculated based on the established judgment matrix.It is to determine the weight of each evaluation index in the evaluation index system,and to construct the index system which for evaluating the layout of monitoring points.Finally,based on theexpert scoring method and the evaluation formula,the advantages and disadvantages of forest fire video monitoring points layout are evaluated in this pape.
