This paper puts forward the concept of minimum basic management unit of small watershed comprehensive harnessing,its connotation is the basic space unit that controls the condition of the geographical environment to be basically the same,the location is relatively fixed,and the boundary is definite.It is the basic unit of small watershed comprehensive harnessing.This study establish the general principle of the division of the minimum basic management unit of small watershed comprehensive harnessing,using patch division method based on high resolution remote sensing image to ensure the consistency between the determinate design and actual plaque comprehensive measures layout spot,achieving harmony between the various stages of work,planning and implementation of management to solve the mismatch problem.This report will carry out the experiment in a small watershed named Erlanggou.Based on the Google earth image and the layout of the small watershed comprehensive harnessing project in 2014,evaluate the suitability of the minimum area of the map and the practicability of small watershed comprehensive harnessing by using the methods of confusion matrix,single factor precision analysis and shape similarity evaluation,explore the consistency of the determinate design and actual plaque comprehensive measures layout spot.Here are the main conclusions.(1)The study established the principle of division.According to the principle of division of the planning and design of patch classification experiments in a small watershed named Erlanggou,get a total of 22 kinds of planning and design of 497 patches.(2)According to the results of the evaluation and analysis,the accuracy of the results is consistent with the quality requirements of Technical specification of soil and water conservation monitoring by remote sensing.The division method is scientific,the result is accurate.(3)With the increase of the minimum area,the classification accuracy of each index showed a downward trend.The most suitable minimum area in the project area was 1ha,the results are consistent with the actual layout of soil and water conservation measures.(4)The results are consistent with the actual layout of small watershed comprehensive harnessing project,the shape similarity is high,and the coincidence degree is high.The minimum basic management unit of small watershed comprehensive harnessing has high practicability.
