| Sapindus has a very important economic value.Its seed oil rate as high as 42%,it is a new type of biodiesel raw materials,so China’s growing area of sapindas continue to expand,the sapindas industry continues to develop,but faced with an important problem is the problem of shelling.The current shelling equipment of Sapindus are low shelling rate,low production efficiency and the shelling process complex and so on.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a new shelling device suitable for Sapindus shelling.This article mainly carried out four aspects of this study:1)The physical characteristics of Sapindus were analyzed,including the determination of its sphere,the thickness of the shell,the size of the whole fruit and the core,moisture content,which provided the basic parameters for the design of the shelling equipment.Through the test of compressive mechanical properties of sapindus,to study the effect of compression on the effect of shell when sapindus are shelled,by analyzing the test results,it shows that sapindus lateral compression is the easiest to break the shell.2)According to the determination of the basic parameters,to establish three dimensional model of sapindus.The finite element analysis of the mechanical properties of the shells under different force directions was made.And the analysis results are compared with the experimental results,the feasibility of the finite element analysis is proved,the necessary conditions of shelling were analyzed by finite element method.3)According to the physical characteristics of sapindas,using the method of pressing the shelling after analysis and comparison.According to the mechanical design theory,the design of the shelling machine was completed,and its parts were modeled.Then the core parts of the spindle was done static and modal analysis,test the rationality of the design.4)Draw a two-dimensional map and produce the machine according to the design model.The shelling rate and the breaking rate were taken as the evaluation index,and the machine test was carried out.The experimental results were analyzed.It shows that the design of the shelling machine is reasonable and provides a reference for the study of similar shell material shelling machine. |
