At present,my country is the world’s largest importer of prawns,and it is also a big country in shrimp farming and fishing.my country’s shrimp processing method is still in its infancy,with low processing efficiency and serious waste.The development of the shrimp processing industry cannot keep up with the development of the market,and the processed products cannot meet the needs of the market.Aiming at a series of problems in the shrimp processing industry,this thesis takes Penaeus vannamei as the research object and designs a high-efficiency,integrated multi-functional automatic shrimp processing machinery to make up for the shortcomings in the field of fine processing of shrimp in my country.The specific research content of this thesis is as follows:1)The working principles of different shrimp pretreatment techniques were analyzed.Choose the pretreatment scheme of freezing the prawns at-18°C and soaking them in low-temperature salt water.2)Through the research and analysis of domestic shrimp processing technology and processing equipment,combined with the biological structure characteristics of Penaeus vannamei,the size of the processed shrimp is determined to be 130~150mm.The equipment adopts the method of size classification to classify the size of shrimp.The directional sorting and shelling adopt the roller type,the head and back of the shrimp are removed by the disc blade type,and the shrimp line is cleaned by the brush.Each processing link corresponds to a different processing unit.,in a sequential order.According to the working principle of each processing unit,complete its mechanical mechanism design.The mechanical structure of the whole equipment adopts the upper and lower layered design.3)Through the force analysis of the shrimp during processing,the design parameters of the key parts of the equipment can be determined according to the mathematical calculation formula,and then the virtual modeling of the parts of each processing unit and the virtual assembly of the whole machine can be completed by using the 3D modeling software.4)Static finite element analysis was carried out on the oriented roller shaft and the whole machine frame in the shrimp processing equipment by using the simulation analysis software,and it was concluded that the stiffness and strength of the equipment met the requirements for use.Through modal analysis,the natural frequency and mode shape of the first six orders of the two are solved to avoid resonance and ensure the stable and safe operation of processing equipment.5)Carry out kinematics simulation analysis of the shelling mechanism through software,and through the movement speed and acceleration changes of shrimps under different working conditions,it is obtained that when the shelling roller shaft is installed with an inclination angle of 24° and a rotational speed of 20r/min,the kneading and squeezing The pressing time is moderate,the extrusion force is uniform,and the separation efficiency of shell and meat is the best.
