Abstract/Summary:
In order to understand the change regulation of non-structural carbohydrate and development of starch synthesis and accumulation law of medicinal ingredients,clear kudzu in different parts of the soluble sugars content and the relationship between the kudzu root starch content,preliminary judgment varieties and environment’s influence on the growth of kudzu.Of three sample to two kinds of kudzu different parts in different periods of glucose,fructose,sucrose,soluble sugar and pueraria lobata starch were measured and correlation analysis,at the same time two to three sample kudzu different parts in different periods of puerarin and daidzein,daidzein yuan were determined.The results showed that:1.There is a certain correlation between starch synthesis in root and glucose metabolism in various organs.The content of starch in root was significantly negatively correlated with soluble sugar and glucose in root,and was positively correlated with soluble and sucrose content in root stem.The content of starch in the root was positively correlated with the soluble sugar content in the old stem,which was negatively correlated with the soluble sugar content in the new stem,but was not significant,and was negatively correlatedlvith the glucose content.The content of soluble sugar and glucose in the root was significantly negatively correlated with the content of sucrose,but it was not significant.2.as the kudzu root starch content was decreased after rising first,leaf soluble sugar in first trends,lowered after the glucose and fructose and the chankudzu trend of soluble sugar,sucrose instead;The soluble sugar in the new stem continued to decrease,and glucose first increased and then decreased.The soluble sugar content in the old stem decreased first,and the glucose,fructose and sucrose showed the same trend.The soluble sugar content in the root was decreased first,and the content of glucose and fructose was consistent.The soluble sugar content in the root was increased first and then decreased.Glucose and fructose were the same as the chankudzu trend.3.There was no significant correlation bet,veen puerarin,soybean glycoside and soybean glycoside in kudzu organ.The content of puerarin puerarin,soybean glycoside and soybean glycosides in different parts was obviously different,and for pueraria,the root of>was the root.For the soybean glycoside,the rhizome>the root,and for the soybean glycoside,the rhizome>old stem>root should be considered for the comprehensive utilization of kudzu4.The maximum component content of root Chinese medicine was found on 16 July and 15 September.The maximum amount of starch was found on December 20.Therefore,according to the actual use of pueraria,determine the appropriate harvest time5.high starch varieties soluble sugar content is significantly higher than low starch varieties,and in the transformation of photosynthate,transportation is much stronkudzur than low starch varieties,medicinal composition content is significantly higher than low starch varieties.Different soil types have no obvious effect on the synthesis and accumulation of granules and medicinal ingredients,and may be related to the effects of fertilization neasur...
