Research On The Government Policies To Promote Forest Certification And The Influence Of Forest Certified Enterprises Value

Forest certification refers to the process of implementing,passing,and issuing certificates through independent third party certification bodies,the concept of sustainable forest development has been transmitted to the society.In the background of global forest certification in promoting the rapid development of the Chinese government policy,forestry enterprises in China began to join the forest certification system.While pursuing the promotion of enterprise value,we should pay attention to the sustainable development of forest.This paper based on the theory of government behavior,signal transmission theory to study these as follows:First,discussing the government policy’s promoting role in forest certification;Second,studying the value of enterprises that carried out forest certification.to speed up the government to promote forest certification.These two parts have great importance of enhancing the value of forestry enterprises,guaranteeing the sustainable development of the forest.This paper uses SPSS22.0 to analysis 10 forestry enterprises carried out forest certification from some aspects:the power of carrying out forest certification;problems during the certified process;the influence of the enterprises value(covering the southwest,east,northeast,south and north respectively).Besides,1 forestry enterprise carried out COC as a case study is taken.These study shows that,after implementing of forest certification,most certified companies can stable their market share,promote market access,improve community relations,alleviate the community contradiction,dispute resolution,resist further destruction to the environment.implementing forest certification has a significant positive impact on economic,social and ecological value.
