| In order to reduce the adverse effects of excessive nitrogen fertilizer on the growth and development of garlic plants,and improve fertilizer utilization rate.The experiment was carried out with combination of nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer and addition of biochar from October 2017 to June 2018.The experiment mainly studied the effects of different treatments on the vegetative growth of garlic,the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in various parts of plants,nutrient accumulation,fertilizer utilization rate,quality of garlic bulbs and garlic bolts.The main research results were as follows:1.In the treatment of nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer,after the application of organic fertilizer by conventional nitrogen fertilizer,the dry weight,quality of the plant and accumulation of NPK were decreased due to excessive fertilizer.When the nitrogen fertilizer was reduced by 15%,the indexes increased.When the nitrogen fertilizer was reduced by 45%,it will affect the growth and development of the plant and reduce the quality.After the nitrogen fertilizer continues to decrease and the organic fertilizer was increased,the research showed that the nitrogen fertilizer reduction was 60% + the organic fertilizer plus 40% treatment was relatively good.The plant height,stem diameter,the product of leaf length and leaf width and the dry weight of each part of garlic treated with F5H0 were higher than CK.The accumulation of NPK and the utilization rate of fertilizer were also higher than CK.This treatment improve the quality of leaves,bulbs and garlic,and decreased the content of nitrate,which indicated that the quality of garlic could be improved by the combination of nitrogen fertilizer and organic fertilizer.Combined application of organic fertilizer had a certain retarding effect on the senescence,and it can promoted the accumulation of NPK and improved fertilizer utilization.2.After adding biochar,the final plant height,stem diameter and the product of leaf length and leaf width in the nitrogen fertilizer reduction is 60% + the organic fertilizer plus 40% treatment were higher than other treatments.The NPK accumulation and utilization rate of fertilizer plants were higher than CK and other treatment.And it can increased the content of free amino acid,soluble sugar and sucrose in garlic leaves,bulbs and bolts,and decreased the content of nitrate.In summary,in the nitrogen fertilizer reduction combined with organic fertilizer and biochar addition experiment,nitrogen fertilizer reduction of 60% + organic fertilizer plus 40% treatment has a good performance,which indicated that it could improve the quality of garlic,improve the utilization rate of fertilizer,promote plant growth,and increase the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content in all parts of the plant. |
