In this experiment,the 'Jintian Rose' and 'Jintian Sapphire' grapes in Changli area were used as the test materials to study the growth and fruit quality of the grapes under the two cultivation modes of open-field and rain-shelter.The main research contents include: leaf photosynthetic characteristics and leaf curtain microclimate,fruit development,fruit quality,etc.The main findings are as follows:1.The effect of rain-shelter cultivation on the photosynthetic characteristics of grapes is obvious.2.Rain-shelter cultivation significantly reduced the illumination intensity compared with open-field cultivation,and the difference was significant.At the same time,the rain-shelter cultivation changed the microclimate of the grape leaf curtain layer and reduced the temperature and humidity of the leaf layer.Rain-shelter cultivation reduced the chlorophyll content of the 'Jintian Rose' grape and increased the chlorophyll content of the 'Jintian Sapphire' grape,but the difference was not significant.3.Under the two cultivation modes,there was no significant difference between the budbreak and the flowering stages of the same variety of grapes,but the ripening days of berries varied greatly.The influence of rain-shelter cultivation on the habits of grape growth results is not obvious.4.Rain-shelter cultivationis can effectively reduce the occurrence of grape diseases caused by rain wash.5.The fruit hardness changes obviously under the rain-shelter cultivation mode,but the difference is not significant.6.Rain-shelter cultivation has a certain effect on the titratable acid content and total sugar content of the fruit.Rain-shelter cultivation increased the titratable acid content of the 'Jintian Rose' grape and reduced the titratable acid content of the'Jintian Sapphire' grape.Rain-shelter cultivation reduced the total sugar content of the'Jintian Rose' grape fruit and increased the total sugar content of the 'Jintian Sapphire'grape fruit.The difference between the two was not significant.7.Rain-shelter cultivation has a certain influence on the total phenolic,tannin and anthocyanin content of grapes.Compared with open-field cultivation,rain-shelter cultivation significantly reduced the total phenolic content of the 'Jintian Rose' grape,which significantly increased the total phenolic content of the 'Jintian Sapphire' grape,but the difference between tannin content and anthocyanin content was not significant.8.A total of 37 kinds of aroma components were detected in the 'Jintian Rose'grape under the rain-shelter cultivation,which was 5 kinds more than open-field cultivation,and the total content of aroma substances was 1.49% higher than that of open-field cultivation.A total of 33 kinds of aroma components were detected in the'Jintian Sapphire' grape under rain-shelter cultivation,one kinds more than open-field cultivation,and the total aroma substance content was 1.81% higher than that of open-field cultivation.
