With the widespread use of antibiotics, bacterial resistance increased year by year, which led to some bacterial disease has no cure.developing the new antibiotics is very difficult and having to looking for a new solution. With the discovery of bacterial quorum sensing, the search for quorum sensing inhibitors has become a new way to solve the bacterial resistance, many researchers have done in this regard, and made a lot of progress and results. This study aims to optimize the culture conditions and medium for the strain of Rhizobium larrymoorei with quorum-sensing inhibition effect.By studying the effects of various culture conditions and the concentration gradient on Rhizobium larrymoorei growth rate, the optimal growth conditions and the most suitable culture medium were obtained. The response surface method was applied for optimization of the culture medium.According to the results, the optimal growth conditions were identified as temperature of 30?,p H of 7,and salinity of 15 g/L.The best medium for Rhizobium larrymoorei culture was found to be the bean sprouts extractum medium?BSE?.The optimized medium contains 0.32 of bean sprouts extractum,9.54 g/L of C6H12O6,and 14.62 g/L Na Cl.The OD value of the culture reached 1.3446 within 24 hours by using the optimized medium. The quorum-sensing inhibition effect was detected to be significant. However, the effect of cell broken is no longer obvious,it is recommended that the useing of frozen bacteria preparation.
