With the continuous development of social economy and urbanization in our country,people’s concept of rehabilitating slope engineering is also accelerated.Even if the traditional rehabilitating slope has reached a stable rehabilitating structure,the environment has been seriously damaged and does not follow the contemporary concept of protecting the ecological environment.Thus,the traditional rehabilitating slope will be a new type of ecological rehabilitating slope which is in line with the natural landscape.Instead,in line with the concept of ecological development in the present era,the development of river slope protection and the construction of highway slope protection will take ecological slope protection as an indispensable development direction in the future.Relying on the technical demonstration project of the Ministry of Water Resources,which is undertaken by the Beijing Municipal Institute of Water Science and Technology,the "Slope to flat" EcologicalSlope Protection Technology Demonstration Project(SF-201720),this paper takes the commonly used hexagonal hollow brick ecological slope protection as the starting point of the study.Through consulting the literature and the investigation of the field application area,it is found that the traditional hexagonal hollow brick has serious soil erosion problems.In this paper,how to solve the problem of soil and water loss in traditional hexagonal hollow bricks is regarded as an innovation point,and the ecological slope protectiontechnology isevaluated and studied.Inorder tobetterapplyand popularize this project,this paper analyses and studies the key technical links and design components of "Slope to flat" ecologicalslope protection technology in design,production,constructionand maintenance,and formsa quality evaluation system of "slope to flat" ecological slope protection technology.This system clarifies the quality control scope of key technical links corresponding indicators.The ecological effect of "slope to flat"ecologicalslopeprotection technologyforwater storageand soil conservationwas discussed by using the monitoring method of the experimental plot.In addition,the comprehensive benefits of "Slope to flat"ecological slope protection technology are evaluated and analyzed by analytic hierarchy process.Through the above research,tooptimize the technical system of "slope to flat" ecological slope protection,and providetheoreticalbasisand technical support for "slope flattening".ecological slope protection technology.The results are as follows:(1)The construction of the quality evaluation system of "slope-flat" ecological slope protection technology:This paper firstly constructed the technical quality evaluation of the hexagonal hollow brick"slope to flat" ecological slope protection from the aspects of design,production,construction and management of the "slope-flat" ecological slope protection technology.system..(2)Water storage and soil conservation effect of hexagonal hollow brick "slope to flat" ecological slope protection technology:A comparative experiment with hexagonal hollow brick ecological slope protection technology was established.The experiment from 2017 to 2018 showed that compared with hexagonal hollow brick ecological slope protection technology,the average soil moisture content increased by more than 30%,soil erosion decreased by more than 50%,soil conservation capacity increased by more than 90%,and the effect of water and soil conservation was remarkable.(3)Establishment of the evaluation system of ecological slope protection benefits:First,understanding the basic principles of AHP and corresponding calculation steps.Secondly,based on the innovative points of comprehensive evaluation of ecological slope protection technology by relevant scholars,a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the influencing factors of ecological slope protection technology is carried out according to the evaluation principles,and finally the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of ecological slope protection technology is determined.The evaluation system is divided into four aspects:ecological benefit,economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit.Then the comprehensive benefit scientific system is divided into 12 evaluation indicators,which are soil erosion,biodiversity,rainfall storage,construction efficiency,construction cost,maintenance cost,social impact,slope protection effect,civilized sign,plant growth,landscape effect,environmental coordination,.At the same time,an expert questionnaire is designed to invite experts and teachers from relevant fields to refer to each index.The standard is evaluated and scored.(4)Determining the weight of indicators:The effective expert questionnaire was retrieved and analyzed.The weights of 12 indicators were calculated by using the professional software AHP of analytic hierarchy process,which were 0.3577,0.1641,0.0557,0.0923,0.0586,0.0736,0.0613,0.0248,0.0197,0.0549,0.0255 and 0.0119,respectively.The data show that ecological benefit plays an important role in comprehensive benefit evaluation.Among them,soil erosion,rainfall interception and have a greater impact,which can provide a reference for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of "slope to flat" ecological slope protection technology.
