After more than and 60 years of development,the state-owned forest farms have made great achievements in large-scale management of forest resources.However,due to the unclear positioning of the functions of the state-owned forest farms,the operating mechanism is not active,the support policy is not perfect,there are many problems in the construction of the contingent of qualified personnel,and the sustainable development of the forest farm is facing severe challenges.Through investigation and analysis:analysis of questionnaire survey method,case method,interview method,literature method,comparative analysis method,the definition of state-owned forest farm talents definition,talent introduction,personnel statistics combing method,according to the state-owned forest farm talent problem,made a comparison,analysis and discussion,conclusion:It is found that there are some problems in the state-owned forest farms,such as the uneven distribution of talents,the urgent improvement of talent quality,the adjustment of talent structure and the serious brain drain.The root cause of the problem lies in the lagging behind of forest farm construction,imperfect employment and management system,lack of forestry education resources,unreasonable post setting and career promotion,and imperfect incentive mechanism.The proposal to solve the problem is to formulate a reasonable talent recruitment system,establish a scientific talent management system,and vigorously promote the development of educational resources and improve the working environment.The innovation of this article lies in two aspects:first,the new materials,a large number of data field research;two,the new view,comprehensive and in-depth investigation of new problems,according to the actual needs of state-owned forest farms,put forward practical and new proposals.
