Study On Occurrence Regularity And Risk Assessment Of Forest Fire In Yichun Forest Region

This paper takes forest fire in Yichun city of Heilongjiang Province as the object of study,Based on the data from China Meteorological data sharing network and Yichun meteorological observation points,the factors of Yichun forest region for more than 50 years of forest fire by using Analytic hierarchy process,the time of the affected area,the climatic conditions,the cause of the fire and so on,the rules and characteristics of forest fires,It can provide reference for forest fire prevention work in Yichun forest area.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In Yichun over the past 50 years,forest fires have occurred on average 41 times a year;In the forest fire year distribution,forest fire in Yichun province in 1961-1967,1972-1978.1980-1987 in the high stage,since 1987 began to decline,to the end of 90s dropped to the lowest value.After 2000,a slight rebound in fire,after 2010,there is little forest fires.(2)Forest fires occur mainly in spring and fall in Yichun,forest fires often occur at temperatures above 5 degrees Celsius.When the temperature is between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius,the probability of fire is the highest,and the probability of forest fires over 20 degrees is lower.(3)The spatial distribution of forest fires,forest fires occurred in the Yichun Forest Bureau.Wuyiling Bureau of Jiayin County,a few areas,the number of fires occurred mainly in the northern region,and the occurrence of fire affected area is roughly the same.The major forest fires are mainly concentrated in the Tangwanghe Bureau,Wuyiling Bureau and Jiayin county.(4)More forest fires in Yichun forest areas are caused by human factors.Through the analysis of the cause of the fire,it can be concluded that man-made fire accounts for 87%of the forest fire.Strengthening fire management is the most important to prevent forest fire.(5)Through the hierarchical analysis of forest fire in Yichun forest region of the District Council's method of risk assessment can be seen,the northern region of Yichun forest is a forest fire in high incidence area,need to pay close attention to all levels of government and relevant departments.(6)According to the monthly weather index,risk index,density index and fire disaster rate of each district bureau of Yichun forest area,it can be seen that the 3-6 month and 10-11 month of Yichun forest area are the period of high fire risk.(7)The assessment of fire risk in Yichun forest region is at a low level,so it can be seen that the fire prevention work in Yichun forest area has achieved certain results in the past 30 years.
