With the continuous increase of populationand the continuous development of industry,people deeply intensify the destruction of the earth,the waterzone reduction,soil erosion and other issuesare all around the world,,the ecological environment has been severely damaged,seriously affecting people's living environment and quality of life.In recent years,the ecological and environmental problems have aroused people's attention,the government carried out a series of ecological engineering construction.Inner Mongolia is the key provinces,which covers China's forestry ecological construction projectonly,the region for the research object has a high representative.This paper first selects the typical years of 2000,2005 and 2010,analyzes the characteristics and changes of the ecosystems in the region by GIS and RS,And then analyze the region's forest resources by forest coverage,forest volume and vegetation coverage.There are a lot of ecological problems in Inner Mongolia,such as land desertification,soil erosion and sandstorm weather.Through the analysis of these ecological problems,we can see the effect of forestry ecological engineering.We selected 11 representative indicators to analysis Driving Effect of Engineering Construction Based on Panel Data ModelIn the analysis of the impact of forestry ecological engineering on the sand and dust weather,the effect of the total construction of forestry ecological engineering on the frequency of sandstorm,sand and dust was analyzed by using the fixed effect model.Then,Four major forestry ecological engineering construction effect on the frequency of dust,flying sand and dust were studied on areas,such as the "Three North" shelter belt project,Natural forest protection project,returning farmland to forest project,and The Beijing and Tianjin sandstorm source engineering..The main conclusions are:(1)during 2000-2010,obvious changes have taken place in Inner Mongolia regional ecosystem structure,which is increase of forest ecosystem area,the reduction of ecosystem onfarmland area.Land degradation trend has been eased significantly.(2)Forest structure and resource conditions have changed significantly.The forest cover rate,forest volume and vegetation coverage increased obviously.With the implementation of ecological engineering,Inner Mongolia land desertification,soil erosion degree and intensity were significantly reduced.(3)The improvement of land ecological condition is closely related to the comprehensive action of forestry ecological engineering,and the scale of forestry ecological engineering construction has a positive correlation with forest coverage rate,however,negatively correlated with the frequency of sandstorm,dust and dust storm.The higher vegetation cover and rainfall can control the occurrence of dust storms to a certain extent,and the wind speed has a strong effect on the dust weather.
