| Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's(BTHr)integration and collaborative development have been a national strategy,to expand the eapacity of ecologieal environment and strengthen the eooperation in ecological and environmental protection are specific requirements for the collaborative development.It is an important component of ecological environment protection to promote the biodiversity conservation and optimize the layout of nature reserves.In this paper,we collected the basic infonnation data of nature reserves in BTHr,vegetation distribution data and terrain data of BTHr,by using GIS spatial analysis function,we analyzed the basic characteristics of nature reserves in BTHr,analyzed the vegetation protection status and protection gap in the BTHr,and analyzed the relationship between vegetation distribution,nature reserves distribution and elevation gradient.On this basis,we created a net analysis to the whole BTHr with ArcGIS,the BTHr was divided into 12km*12km grid units,we took the forest nature reserves as biodiversity plots,with SPSS multiple linear regression model,evaluated the biodiversity distribution based on the terrain data of BTHr,designated the areas to give priority to biodiversity conservation,and put forward a scheme of building nature reserve system in BTHr.We found that 99%of the crop in BTHr were distributed below 25 degrees slope,meanwhile,we found that:in the items of "law of soil and water conservation",the areas with more than 25 degrees slope are forbidden tillage areas,should be returned farmland to forest.The final delineation of biodiversity protection redline in BTHr are gotten,by overlapping the priority areas of biodiversity conservation and the areas with slope over 25 degrees.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The nature reserves in BTHr are dominated by forest nature reserves,which accounted for 53.52%of the total number of nature reserves in BTHr;The nature reserves distribution and vegetation distribution have high consistency with altitude gradient;main forest vegetation types have been better protected,and protection of grassland need to be strengthened,there are 11 grassland types unprotected,where they are distributed in the areas above 1200m.(2)The total priority areas for biodiversity conservation in BTHr are 35092km2,accounting for 16.2%of tlhe total area of BTHr,among these areas,the third priority areas are 27207km2.which are the largest,and distributed most widely,the first priority areas are the least.The distribution of priority areas for biodiversity conservation have obvious relationship with elevation,slope degree and slope aspect.All national nature reserves in biodiversity conservation evaluation got higher score than others nature reserves.The redline areas delineated are totally 4226.1km2,the dark redline areas are 870.2km2,accounting for 20.6%of the total redline area,the light redline areas are 3355.9km2,accounting for 79.4%of the total redline area.(3)There are more protection gaps on forest conservation in BTHr,and the area of each nature reserve is smaller than it should be,we proposed to set 21 new nature reserves;to expand 22 nature reserves;the area of nature reserves will be 4455.39km2 after the adjustment,the total area of nature reserve in BTHr will increase from 4.21%to 6.25%.(4)There are many types of protected areas in BTHr,the number of national forest park is largest,followed by the national wetland park.The distribution of protected areas in Beijing are relatively concentrated,in the southern part of Hebei,they are mainly distributed in the Taihang Mountain,and they are distributed more evenly in the northern part of Hebei.According to the position of all kinds of protected areas,and human disturbance factors,we put forward 8 regions where are suitable for national park construction,and we hope these can be used as a reference for the construction of national park in BTHr.for the construction of "national park loop around capital". |
