Research On The Improvement Of The Management System Of Zhanggutai National Nature Reserve

With the continuous progress of the current society,nature reserves for the purpose of protecting ecosystems are playing a more and more important role in the construction of world protected areas.Zhanggutai Nature Reserve,Liaoning Province,is a forest ecosystem type nature reserve with the functions of species and ecological protection,water conservation,science popularization,education,scientific research and sustainable development of natural resources.In recent years,the level of protection and management of nature reserves has been greatly improved,but the management of protection is more difficult.There are still many problems,such as relatively lagging infrastructure construction,lack of perfect monitoring system and data management system,and inadequate public protection awareness education.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth study on the protection and management system of Zhanggutai Nature Reserve in order to better protect the integrity of mountain forest ecosystem and realize the optimal protection of ecological environment.In recent years,the National Nature Reserve has been paid more and more attention under the background of national political form.In this context,this paper takes Zhanggutai National Nature Reserve in Liaoning Province as the research object,and tries to construct the framework of protection management system,so as to further improve the path of protection management system in China.This paper gives a detailed introduction and elaboration of its basic reality,especially the current situation of protection management system.At the same time,the main problems in the protection management system,such as unscientific management structure,unreasonable management function orientation,imperfect propaganda and education system,imperfect operation safeguard measures and uncoordinated relationship with the community,are sorted out and analyzed theoretically.Firstly,starting with the background and significance of the nature reserve,and drawing on the research summary and rich experience at home and abroad,the author provides theoretical support for the later research on the establishment of the protection management system of Zhanggutai National Nature Reserve.Secondly,in the research methods,this paper combines literature,qualitative and quantitative research methods,summarizes and analyses the collected data and information,summarizes the deficiencies of the current management system,and provides various support for the construction of the latter system and the corresponding solutions.Third,on the basis of ecological civilization theory,sustainable development theory,Public goods theory,from the guiding ideology and principles to be followed in the construction of the management system of protected areas,specific countermeasures to further strengthen the construction of the management system of protected areas are summarized.
