Exploitation And Development Of Perilla Frutescens Resources In Northwest Hunan Research On Product Market Analysis

Perilla is currently playing an important role in the fields of medicine,food,industry and other fields,and its medicinal value.The edible value and economic value prospects are very broad.However,in the current domestic market of perilla,the supply of perilla products is in short supply,so it is imperative to develop perilla planting areas and expand the cultivation of perilla.This paper studies the planting,market value,development direction and development feasibility of Perilla in the northwest of Hunan Province,and provides some reference for the development of Perilla in the northwest of Hunan.The research results are as follows:1 The 6 varieties selected by single factor experiment were compared with the common varieties in the test site.The A5 varieties were significantly higher in plant height(122.1cm),leaf length(15.4cm)and leaf width(10.9cm).It is higher than the local common varieties and other breeding varieties,and the stem circumference(3.3cm)is also higher than the local varieties.The soluble protein(27.9%)and soluble sugar content(0.811%)of A5 cultivar were higher than other breeding cultivars,but the pigment content was prominent in local varieties,and the crude fiber content(3.7%)of cultivar A5 was higher.The protein and sugar content are more prominent,but the high fiber content is too weak to become the weakness of the A5 variety.In the future production,the amount of nitrogen fertilizer can be appropriately reduced to reduce the crude fiber content.A5 varieties were significantly superior to other selected varieties and local varieties,both in leaf yield(118.1 g)and perilla production(12.8g)and perilla seed oil(43.2%).2 According to the statistics of the perilla market and the development space of the perilla in the northwest of Hunan Province,it can be concluded that the demand for perilla products in Xiangxi is very large,but the local does not attach importance to the cultivation of perilla.The perilla products and raw materials are more dependent on imports,except Changde.There are some perilla origins,and there is still a lot of room for the expansion of perilla cultivation in other parts of northwestern Hunan.This topic discusses the problems and development prospects of the development of perilla planting in northwestern Hunan.
