As the national economy has entered a new normal,the speed of agricultural mechanization in China has slowed down significantly.The existing supervision system is mainly used to check the running status of medium and large agricultural machinery,not to manage and schedule agricultural machinery.And the lack of comprehensive applications including task assignment and data analysis result s in low management efficiency of agricultural machinery in actual production and is impossible to further optimize the operation process,which is extremely detrimental to the development of agricultural productivity.In view of the above situation,this paper designs a set of intelligent supervision system for medium and large agricultural machinery based on satellite po sitioning.The system mainly includes three parts: agricultural machinery terminal,server cloud and local monitoring center.The agricultural machinery terminal is composed of the main control unit MC9S12XEP100 MAL,the positioning module Skytra-S1216F9,the wireless communication module EC600N-CN and the serial screen.The positioning accuracy of agricultural machinery has been improved to 1m level realized by single datum station position difference,providing higher-precision positioning services for the supervision system.The cloud application is developed on the Microsoft.NET platform and deployed on the Tencent cloud server.It can view the running status of each agricultural machine,upload and release multiple production tasks,and support clients to access and download data stored in the server.The local monitoring center is also developed on the.NET platform using C#,and the software uses the SQL Server database to store and update the information of manager and agricultural machinery,and cent rally supervise the agricultural machinery under its jurisdiction in the form of a view frame.Other than that,the agricultural machinery scheduling function of dispatching operation tasks has been completed,which greatly improves the time sensitive of a gricultural machinery supervision.Moreover,sub-monitoring interfaces provide comprehensive services including location viewing and data download,as well as realize DBSCAN clustering and Delaunay triangulation of agricultural machinery positioning data b y calling MATLAB through cross-programming,which provides a preliminary foundation for the subsequent optimization of agricultural machinery operation paths.Finally,the system function verification and server concurrent stress test are carried out.The results show that all functions of the system run normally,meet the design standards and the supervision needs of medium and large agricultural machinery,and help promote the intelligent upgrading of agricultural machinery and the process of agricultural modernization.
