In this paper,we use the method of limiting roots to study the effects on the growth,physiology and development of potted roses,so as to screen out the cultivation methods to improve the quality of potted roses.By measuring the growth indexes of plants at different stages and the changes of leaf carbohydrate and photosynthesis efficiency during the growth process,the appropriate root limiting method and the best fertilization method were obtained,in order to improve the quality of the container seedlings and promote the production of more high quality.Seedlings and fibrous roots provide a certain theoretical basis.The main results of the test are as follows:(1)The plant height of the rose seedlings treated with the main roots of the potted plants was reduced,and the crown width became larger.The thickness of the flower branches also becomes thicker.Among them,the plant height of the main root group was about 60?85cm,the crown width was 40?45cm,and the rhizome was 10-15mm thick,which was higher than other groups,and the overall ornamental effect was improved.Compared with the continuous root group,the plant height decreased by about 20 cm,and the crown width increased by about 10 cm.(2)The net photosynthetic rate of leaves after root restriction decreased compared with the control,which decreased by 4.0?molm-2s-1.With the increase of root restriction,the net photosynthetic rate of the main root cut group showed the lowest,4.60?molm-2s-1..After limiting the roots,the photosynthesis rate slowed down and the transpiration rate decreased to 2.97 g·m-2s-1.Among them,the ground planting group>potted planting cut off the main root group>the potted roots were not Cut off.(3)The chlorophyll content of the seedlings in the potted roots was affected for a period of time.The chlorophyll content of the leaves of the main stems of the potted plants was 11.30 mg/g,which was significantly lower than other groups,and there were significant differences.The relationship between the three is:ground planting group>potted pruning main root group>potted main root not cutting group.(4)Two kinds of root-limited cultivation modes,the main root group of potted plants can better improve the root activity of the rose plants compared with the main roots of the potted plants,and the roots can increase the roots,and the roots vigor is removed from the main roots.The size can be as high as 450.0mg.g-1h-1 or more.(5)Under different root-limited cultivation methods,a series of changes were also observed in various protective enzyme activities:potted root-cutting group>ground-planting group>potted root?root-cutting group,and the SOD activity of potted root-cutting group was 450.00U·The activity of POD was 62.10U·g-1·min-1,and the activity of CAT enzyme was 43.60 U·g-I.min“1.The results showed that the main root-cutting cultivation of potted plants could effectively increase the activity of the enzyme,and The soluble sugar content of the leaves was also significantly higher than that of the other groups.This indicated that the rose seedlings cultivated by the main roots of the potted plants had strong stress resistance,followed by the potted roots and the ground-planted groups.(6)Compared with the original soil of the control group,the aeration porosity and total porosity of the matrix after fertilization were generally high.The venting porosity is up to 22.55%and the total porosity is as high as 82.25%.The looseness of the soil is better.The total porosity of the T6 treatment group was the highest,and the PH value of the T4 treatment group was as high as 6.65.(7)Fertilization treatment in the Tl,T4 and T7 groups significantly promoted the growth of the seedlings of the rose seedlings.The seedling height of the seedlings under the T4 treatfnent was 51.40 cm,the crown width was 38.4 cm,and the flowering period was 32.57 days,which were significantly higher than the other groups.(8)The difference between the treatment groups was significant during the growth of the rose seedlings.Different fertilization treatments had significant effects on the relative content of chlorophyll.The average chlorophyll content of the ten treatments of T1?T10 were 46.97%,49.73%,47.83%,50.47%,46.00%,47.23%,45.83%,42.80%,44.00%,respectively.44.03%,the order of the relative average chlorophyll content from high to low is T4>T2>T3>T6>TI>T5>T7>T10>T9>T8.(9)In the solar greenhouse,the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and other protective enzymes in the leaves of Chinese rose seedlings planted with water-soluble organic fertilizer containing yeast-derived humic acid were significantly higher than those of other cultivated plants under the fertilization treatment,T3 The activity of SOD in the group was 534.37 U·g-1,the activity of POD in the T2 group was 50,61 U·g-1·min-1,and the activity of CAT in the T3 group was 42.55 U·g-1·min-1.The rose that is cultivated by water-soluble organic fertilizers such as humic acid has strong resistance to stress,followed by water-soluble compound fertilizer and biological fertilizer containing active bacteria.
