In order to improve potassium-chlorine ratio of flue-cured tobacco and the properties of tobacco leaves,an experiment was conducted in Fangcheng County,Neixiang County and Science and Education Park of Henan Agricultural University in Nanyang City,Henan Province in 2018.The effects of Different Potassium Fertilizers on potassium nutritional characteristics and root characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco under the condition of water-fertilizer integration technology were studied, and the chlorine content and difference of tobacco The role of chlorine migration in soil layers is to explain the reason why the integrated technology of water and fertilizer can reduce chlorine content in Flue-cured tobacco, and to provide a basis for the selection of potassium fertilizer under the integrated model of water and fertilizer. The main results are as follows:1.Effect of integrated water and fertilizer model on chlorine content in tobacco leaves and chlorine migration in tobacco field soilsThe integrated water-fertilizer drip irrigation model can significantly reduce the chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco leaves, increase the potassium content, and thus increase the K/C ratio. At the same time, the integrated water-fertilizer model can significantly reduce the chloride ion content in 0-40 cm soil layer,so that it can be leached to 60 cm or deeper soil layer, and reduce the absorption of chlorine by flue-cured tobacco roots.Compared with the time of drip irrigation, the transport of chlorine in soil shows a lagging effect, and the mass flow of chloride ion is reflected in the process of irrigation and water redistribution.2.Effects of Different Potassium Fertilizers on potassium nutritional characteristics and root characteristics of Flue-cured Tobacco under integrated water and fertilizer conditionsUnder the condition of water and fertilizer integration, different potassium fertilizers have the effect of increasing potassium content in flue-cured tobacco leaves.Among the potassium fertilizers selected in this experiment, potassium pyrophosphate has the best effect of increasing potassium content in leaves, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium fulvic acid have better effect.Under the condition of water and fertilizer integration, different potassium fertilizers could improve the root characteristics of Flue-cured tobacco.Among them, potassium pyrophosphate, potassium fulvic acid and potassium dihydrogen phosphate had remarkable effects on improving dry weight of tobacco roots, increasing root volume, inereasing active absorption area and total absorption area of roots, and there were significant differences between potassium pyrophosphate, potassium fulvic acid, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and other potassium fertilizers and control treatments;it showed that potassium pyrophosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and other potassium fertilizers could promote root development To improve root absorptive capacity.According to the research results of root activity, there was no significant difference between different potassium fertilizer treatments, but there was significant difference with the control treatment. It showed that under the condition of experimental potassium application, the root metabolic ability of flue-cured tobacco could reach the maximum.Under the condition of water and fertilizer integration, different potassium fertilizer induction could improve the response of potassium channel genes in Flue-cured tobacco.Compared with the control treatment, all potassium fertilizers could significantly increase the relative expression of potassium transporter gene and inward-flow potassium channel gene, and reduce the relative expression of outflow potassium channel gene.Among them, potassium channel gene had higher response to potassium pyrophosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium fulvic acid. The results showed that different potassium fertilizers could improve the absorption and transport capacity of potassium and reduce the outflow of potassium ions in mature stage. The effects of potassium pyrophosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium fulvic acid were better.
