The Agricultural Land Quality Classification Regulation(GB/T 28407-2012)(hereinafter referred to as "Regulation")provides scientific indicators and methods for the development of agricultural land quality grading. It stipulates the elements of agricultural land quality, the index system and the process of quality grading. It is suitable for the grading of agricultural land quality in the secondary and specific areas of the whole country. However, due to the limitation of basic data accuracy and technical conditions, the setting of grading parameters is unreasonable in many provinces. On the other hand, the farming system, agricultural production mode, farmland water conservancy facilities, soil conditions and other cultivated land quality factors have undergone profound changes, the applicability of the grading parameters were put forward to test. The validation of the relevant national parameters of cultivated land quality grading in Hubei Province can effectively strengthen the work of cultivated land quality grading and evaluation and monitoring, which is conducive to the future development of the work of cultivated land quality grading in Hubei Province.Firstly, the standard tillage system is divided into different zones, and then the current situation is analyzed around the parameters of standard tillage system, light and temperature(climate)productivity potential index, maximum unit yield and so on.On this basis, the actual grading parameters and the adjustment opinions of the grading parameters put forward by various experts were collected.Based on the relevant data and statistical data, the rationality of the zoning of standard tillage system, standard tillage system and light-temperature(climate)productivity potential index were analyzed from the perspective of Ilubei Province. Finally, the results of cultivated land classification parameters in Hubei Province are demonstrated and relevant suggestions are put forward. After the authors analysis and research, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Division of farming system;after collecting and analyzing the data collected by counties(cities, districts)in Hubei Province,it is found that in the actual implementation of the classification work,The county(city, district)did not object to the division of the first-level and second-level districts of Hubei Province, and did not propose changes. After investigation and study, the current primary and secondary districts are in line with the current situation in Hubei Province,so it is recommended that the scope of the provincial first-level and second-level districts is not adjusted.(2)Standard farming system;the standard farming system of counties(cities, districts)that are "three-year-old and twoyear-old" is not recommended for adjustment.According to the results of the classification parameters, the maturity is mainly based on two-year maturity, and the area of three-crop planting along the Yangtze River Plain is gradually reduced.Although there are counties(cities, districts)with“three cooked a year and two cooked one year",the actual planting area of "canola-early rice-late rice" is very small, and even some counties(cities, districts)have no early rice or late rice, but Considering that the standard farming system should reflect the production potential of cultivated land,it is recommended to retain "canola-early rice-late rice".(3)Light temperature production potential index;Hubei Province's production potential index needs to be re-investigated.It is necessary to count the data submitted by the counties(cities, districts)according to the tenain, and the compilation data of the ground meteorological station of Hubei Province from 1981 to 2010,which will provide the future adjustment of the light te1perature(climate)production potential index. The basic data is recommended to timely supplment the measured values of the light and temperature production potential index of the designated crops in the missing areas of the Regulations. In addition, the calculation of the light temperature production potential index should take into account the topographical factors and the impact of extreme climate on the crop light temperature production potential index.(4)Basic parameters of the secondary area;the questionnaires of the basic crops and designated crops in the counties(cities, districts)of Hubei Province collected in this paper, and the data of the basic parameters of the secondary areas combined with the statistical yearbook of Hubei Province(2017)The results of the survey were revised, and the changes in the basic parameters of the secondary area were obtained.Due to the limited space, the specific amendments are described later.(5)Classification factors;Hubei's original grading factors, grading points and weight system are basically in line with reality, and can continue to use the original grading factors, grading points and weight system. This paper attempts to comprehensively summarize and summarize the arable land quality grading parameters in Hubei Province, study its specific description in the Regulations and the actual grading parameters adopted by each county and city, and then try to summarize the existing problems and propose according to the actual situation. The revision of the comments has filled the deficiencies in the field of arable land quality grading in central China to a certain extent, and has great practical significance for the evaluation of cultivated land quality in Hubei Province.
