The quality level of cultivated land refers to the comprehensive quality status of cultivated land natural,economic and location.A comprehensive grasp of the quality of cultivated land in China and the improvement of the land classification system are conducive to the protection of cultivated land resources and scientific management and rational use.In the process of arable land quality evaluation in China,the grading of quality of cultivated land has a relatively complete evaluation system,but there is still no unified system in the grading of cultivated land quality.It is still in the stage of exploration and development,and there are also applications in the level of arable land.Certainly lacking.This paper discusses the indicators of grading and grade conversion coefficient of cultivated land in combination with the natural and economic conditions of the study area.In terms of the grading of cultivated land quality,the selection of the characteristics of the study area is based on the revision method of the national natural index.In the correction factors of farming convenience conditions,the indicators such as the flatness of the field,the size of the field,the shape,and the degree of contiguous splicing are added.The AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the decision-making layer and the target layer to determine the index weights and build a more comprehensive evaluation index system.In the process of quantifying the indicators,the Arcgis tools are used to optimize the indicators by using road network analysis,spatial analysis,overlay analysis,and neighbor analysis.At the same time,the median method is used to classify the Indicator value.Compared with the objective interval value,it can more accurately reflect the difference between the indicators in the grading area,which is more in line with the actual situation.Exploring the quality level of cultivated land using the “natural breakpoint method”,the boundaries between levels are more significant than the traditional numerical method,equal-frequency curve method,and equal spacing method.After the empirical research in Fuqing City,the results of the grading are accurate and in line with the actual situation,and the grading method is scientific and reliable.In terms of the level conversion coefficient,it is more accurate to measure the comprehensive quality of cultivated land by replacing the cultivated land output capacity with the economic benefits of cultivated land.In the study of the change law of cultivated land quality and economic benefit,the variation law between the two is summarized directly by the data of all the grading units,and the regression analysis results are not satisfactory.However,regression analysis with the average level after grouping can better reflect the changes between the two.After calculation,the comprehensive income level of cultivated land in Fuqing City increases with the increase of cultivated land quality as a power function,and the calculation of the level conversion coefficient and the compilation of the conversion coefficient table are more accurate according to this method.
