To study the growth status,extracellular enzyme activity,bacterial color change,fruit body growth,extracellular enzyme activity and nutritional quality of shiitake mushrooms under different LED monochromatic and combined light treatments.The best LED monochromatic or combination of light for the growth of mushrooms.The main findings are as follows:1.The growth rate of shiitake mushroom hyphae under red light treatment is the fastest,3.45mm/d(radius).The biomass accumulation of Lentinus edodes mycelium was the highest under red light treatment,and the biomass reached 0.682g on the 12th day.The white light inhibition effect was the most obvious growth rate of 2.28 mm/d(radius),and the mycelial biomass accumulation was only 0.452 g at 12 d.2.CMC enzyme,laccase and amylase activity of shiitake mushroom under red light treatment was significantly higher than that of control(dark)treatment,which was conducive to the growth of shiitake mushroom hyphae.On the 6th day,the CMC enzyme activity reached the maximum value of 5.234 U,and the 8d laccase activity reached The maximum value of 0.5961 U and the 4d amylase activity reached a maximum of 2.961U.Compared with the dark treatment,the combination of red and yellow light treatment can also increase the extracellular enzyme activity of the mushroom mycelium,but it is not significant.Except for the combination of red light and red and yellow light,the extracellular enzyme activity of the mushroom fruiting body was inhibited compared with the control,which was not conducive to the growth of shiitake mushroom hyphae.3.The hyphae color under the combination of blue-green combined light,green light and blue light is the deepest compared with the mycelial color under natural light,showing a dark brown color;the color of hyphae under the three red,blue,red and yellow green light is shallow Brown;the hyphae of red and yellow light is dark brown,while the yellow and blue and yellow light are light brown in hyphae.That is,compared with the natural light treatment,the green light,the blue light,and the combined light treatment with the blue and green light have a deeper color of the mycelium.4.red light,red and yellow combined light,yellow light in the half-bag period,full bag period is conducive to the increase of extracellular enzyme activity of mushrooms;and to the color change period,bud stage,maturity,blue-green combined light,blue light,The combination of green light,red-blue combined light,red-green combined light,and yellow-green combined light is beneficial to increase the extracellular enzyme activity of the mushroom fruit body.This may be related to the combination of green light,blue light and combined light with two monochromatic lights to promote the color change and fruit body growth of the mushroom.5.In addition to green light treatment,other monochromatic light and combined light treatment can promote the length of mushroom stem,especially the red light,red and yellow combined light treatment promotes the most significant;red light,red and yellow combined light,yellow The light green light promoted the degree of mushroom cover,and the red light and red yellow combined light treatment promoted the most significant;except for the yellow light treatment,other monochromatic light and combined light treatment under the mushroom stem diameter and cap diameter It has a promoting effect,especially the combination of red,blue and yellow-blue combined light treatment promotes the most significant;the blue-green combined light,blue light,green light treatment,the number of primordial roots of mushroom fruit body,fresh weight and conversion rate of single mushroom is significantly higher than other deal with.6.Blue,green and blue-green,red-blue,red-green and yellow-green combined light-treated shiitake mushrooms have more polysaccharide,soluble protein and polyphenol content than the control group,indicating blue light,green light and two monochromatic light.The combined light treatment plays a positive role in the accumulation of lentinan,soluble protein and polyphenol content.
