Con is an important crop in China and the world,but its gains still rely mainly on human harvest.Corn harvest is shorter,if not timely to spin out the bract,con grain under bracts package for a long time being in a sprout moldy phenomenon.lt will greatly reduce harvest yield and quality,so the com husks stripping became the key link decided to yield and quality in the process of corn harvest.Now com husks stripping device research and development had made certain achievements,but there are still three bracts device performance index(Peel the net rate,breakage,Loss rate)low,So the corn husks stripping device further optimization design is necessary.(1)Study on the peel mechanism of bracts and determine component parameters according to data analysis.The mechanism analysis of the peel stripping mechanism of the corn harvester that was to establish the two pairs of rotating skinning roller and com model,and then to Carry out the analysis of stress.The peeling roller is applied to the ear,and the ear is rotated and coasted in it,and the theoretical analysis of motion mechanics is carried out for this working process.The relationship between the stripping conditions and the stripping roller parameters was obtained by the interaction between the stripping roller and the con.This paper analyzes the influence of the parameters of stripping roller on its performance,and selects the key parameters such as spinning speed of stripping roller and setting of stripping roller.(2)According to the theoretical design of the bract stripping device,the feasibility of the parameters was verified through kinetic simulation.According to the relevant parameter data of the selected bract spin off machine,first,simplied the model structure under the parameters of the set stripping roller,and then the simulation of the spinning motion of the stripping roller is carried out with Adams under the parameters of the set stripping roller.Then to get the movement mechanics through simulating the process of stripping roller by ansys at setting different bias Angle.Through the simulation results in a parameter set,to determine whether stripping device can complete stripping work normally.(3)Carry out the test of the physical prototype.After a series of data and material prepared,then to construct the test bench of bract peel and to set three levels for the three factors that affected the performance parameters,and setting three Performanee indicators as the evaluation eriteria for analyzing the influence of the three factors.In view of the different parameters on the quality of the bract stripping collocation,make many times experiments of 3 factors 3 levels orthogonal test,through using conventional data analysis(Poor analysis and variance processing analysis)of test data,to choose the optimal parameter combination.High speed photography test can record bracts stripping the details in the process of function that naked eye could not,making understanding with the stripping process further.
