Based on the studies on the mechanism of stripping rotor with air suction by prof. Jiang Enchen, major advisor of this dissertation, and facing the fact that the theory studied on stripper header without air suction is weak, this dissertation focuses on the further studies on the mechanism of stripper header without air suction through researching on the combine stripper harvester ?LTS?150?maden in Zhenjiang thresher factory.The state of flow field in the stripper unit was demonstrated by observing the flowing direction of rice husk and the swing direction of silk thread in the air. It is found that when the structural operating parameters are chosen suitably there is ideal flow field in the device. Except at the position near to auger and the connection position of rotor and bottom board, flow field in the device can be regarded as laminar flow. By connecting the measured data of the flow field with mathematical treatment, the regress model of flow field was established, which is the base for the establishment of the simulation model of free grain motion in flow field.The differential equations of free grain motion in flow field and the dynamics analysis of the grain impact against the hood and bottom board were developed, and the computer simulation model was developed to describe the whole process of a particle within the stripper unit. As a result the relaiionship between structural operating parameters and grain trajectories was theoretically determined. Through computer simulation test the influence of the above parameters upon grain trajectories and grain losses were studied, which is necessary for guiding the further experimental work.By means of single factorial experiments, the effect of structural operating parameter and motive operating parameters on the losses is determined, and the suitable rang of every parameters is given.Graduate student: Li JiangMajor:Agricultural mechanization engineeringTutor:Pro.Jiang Enchen...
