In order to explore the effects of the starch formation and yield of potato tuber(Solanum tuberosum)on different cropping patterns.This paper uses the field randomized block experiment,it set up five processing(outdoor single ridge line Al,open the culture A2,A3 outdoor single ridge line,half film mulching two lines A4 sheet,all membrane single ridge line A5)cropping patterns to study the mountainous area of southern Ningxia potato growth,photosynthetic characteristics,physiological characteristics,soil hydration and heat,starch accumulation,key synthase activity,and the influence law of production quality and economic benefit.The test results are as follows.(1)The effects of potato emergence rate,plant height,stem diameter,dry matter accumulation,SPDA value,photosynthetic rate(Pn),and stomatal conductance(Gs)were different under different cropping patterns,and the results were different during the whole growth period.The half-film ridge and full-film ridge showed good performance,and the potato photosynthetic performance was the worst under the surface cropping.Logistic equation of dry matter accumulation in several cropping patterns was(A1)y=241.08/(1+107.47 e-0.6 x)and(A2)y=231.35/(1+137.71 e-0.06x),(A3)y=256.89/(1+88.81 e-0.06 x),(A4)y=282.17/(1+66.78 e-0.05)x,(A5)y=319.32/(1+86.81 e-0.06 x).The maximum ultimate value of dry matter accumulation was 319.32.(2)under different planting modes,the membrane permeability,malondialdehyde(MDA),proline(Pro)and soluble sugar content of potato leaves under A4 and A5 treatment were significantly higher than those under A1 treatment,and there was no significant difference between A1,A1 and A3 treatments.The activity of catalase(CAT)and superoxide gasification enzyme(SOD)was lower in fall film ridge.Therefore,full-film ridge planting can make potato resist the stress of environmental factors,reduce the degree of lipid peroxidation of cell membrane,remove reactive oxygen species and resist premature aging of potato in time.(3)Under different planting modes,the warming effect of A4 and A5 treatment showed the most significant difference in the early growth period compared with A1,A2 and A3 treatment.In the later growth period,the warming effect of each treatment was reduced,but the soil temperature of A5 treatment was higher than that of other treatments.In the whole growth period,the effect of storing water for mulching on ridge was better than that on open ground,among which,in the middle stage of starch accumulation,the moisture conservation effect of A5 treatment was the best,which was 21.5%,19.3%,14.6%and 6.9%higher than that of A1,A2,A3 and A4 treatment,respectively.(4)Under different planting patterns,the potato tuber starch accumulation of ogee increased,among them,the total starch content of A5 treatment compared with A1,A2,A3,A4 increased by 34.5%,26.1%,18.5%and 12.7%respectively,and starch accumulation of each characteristic parameter values under A5 treatment is the highest.In the process of the starch accumulation,the influence of SSS,SBE,GBSS and ADPG-ppase,UDPG-ppase on potato starch accumulation of the amylopectin,amylose and total starch content work directly or indirectly.The direct effects on the accumulation of total starch in potatoes were 0.514,0.130,0.629,0.691,and 0.246,respectively.Therefore,the accumulation of starch could be improved by changing the cropping patterns to enhance the activity of key starch synthase.(5)Different planting methods had significant effects on the yield,quality and economic benefits of potatoes.The yield of A5 treatment was the highest,which was 11.4%,17.6%and 34.8%higher than that of A4,A3,A2 and A1 treatment respectively.The crude protein content of potato under the A5 treatment was 0.015%,which was the highest and higherthan Al and A3 treatment by 45.3%and 17.6%respectively,the reducing sugar content of A5 treatment was 2.56%,which was the highset,soluble sugar content under A1 treatment was the lowest,at 0.01%,and that of A5 treatment,compared with A1 and A2 treatment,increased by 62.9%and 37%respectively,which achieves significant difference(P<0.05);The income of A5 treatment was 16501.16 yuan/hm2 higher than that of A1 treatment.The yield and economic benefit of potato covered with film were higher than those without.The effect of raising yield and increasing revenue was the most obvious about potato full film ridge.It is suggested that the best planting mode in this area is full film ridge planting.
