Effects Of S-ABA On Phenolics Accumulation In Berry Of 'Beihong' And 'Cabernet Sauvignon' Grapevine In The East Of Helan Mountain

This experiment is based on the "Beihong' and 'Cabernet Sauvignon' grapes in the Helan Mountain Production Area,the purpose was to improve the fruit quality of grape,the content of 17 kinds of monomeric phenolic substances was determined by HPLC,and combined with transcriptome sequencing,the effects of different concentrations of S-ABA on fruit quality,phenolic accumulation and related gene expression were studied.The research results were as followed:1.Spraying 200 mg/L S-ABA in the early stage and final stage of veraison not only can significantly increased the content of soluble solids,total soluble sugar,reducing sugar,total phenol,tannin and total anthocyanin in harvest period of Beihong' and 'Cabernet Sauvignon' grape berry,but decreased the content of tartaric acid,malic acid and citric acid.Besides,it significantly increased the hundred berry weight of 'Beihong' grape berry.2.Spraying 200 mg/L and 300 mg/L S-ABA in the early stage and final stage of veraison significantly increased the content of caffeic acid,chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,benzoic acid,gallic acid,salicylic acid,CAT,EC,EGCG,CG,rutin,naringin and resveratrol in harvest period of'Beihong' grape berry,but the content of quercetin,mulberry pigment and kaempferol were reduced.Spraying 200 mg/L S-ABA in the early stage and final stage of color veraison significantly increased the content of caffeic acid,chlorogenic acid,ferulic acid,benzoic acid,gallic acid,salicylic acid,CAT,EC,EGCG,CG,rutin,naringin,myricetin and resveratrol in harvest period of 'Cabernet Sauvignon'grape berry,but the content of quercetin and kaempferol were reduced.3.Because of the different cultivars,the certain difference in the effect of S-ABA treatment on the expression levels of sugar metabolism and phenolic synthesis related genes.In the early stage of veraison,200 mg/L S-ABA was sprayed.Thirty days after the treatment,4 of genes related to sugar metabolism in 'Beihong' grape were up-regulated,18 of the genes related to the synthesis of phenolic substances were up-regulated and 3 were down-regulated;8 of genes related to sugar metabolism in'Cabernet Sauvignon' grape were up-regulated,14 of the genes related to the synthesis of phenolic substances were up-regulated and 4 were down-regulated.4.In the early stage and final stage of veraison,200 mg/L S-ABA was sprayed twice on'Beihong' and 'Cabernet Sauvignon' grapes,and the fruit quality was significantly higher than that of the control.
