Straw carbonized wood vinegar is an organic liquid produced and recycled during the pyrolysis process of straw resources.In order to clarify the effect of wood vinegar on the growth and development,nutrient absorption and yield of tested vegetable,in this study,pots experiment of celery,pepper and eggplant was carried out on the basis of clarifying the composition and effectively preventing the oxidative discoloration of straw carbonized wood vinegar.By the methods of sampling and indoor analysis,the effects of straw carbonized wood vinegar on the growth,nutrient absorption,physiological properties and yield of three kinds of vegetables were studid,clearly defined the suitable dilution factor.The specific experiments results were as follows:By GC-MS method,it was clear that the straw carbonized wood vinegar contains 20 kinds of organic components such as acids,alcohols,esters,aldehydes and phenols.Adding ascorbic acid,citric acid,sulfurous acid,chitosan oligosaccharide and complex microbial fermentation broth to the straw carbonized wood vinegar solved the problem of oxidative discoloration of wood vinegar liquid.After adding of ascorbic acid 1.33 g,citric acid16.68 g,sulfurous acid 1.33 m L,chitosan oligosaccharide1.33 g and complex microbial fermentation broth 8m L,the straw carbonized wood vinegar was clear color and stable.Compared with the clear water treatment,the plant height and stem diameter of the celery increased by 3.8% and 4.1%,respectively,and the dry matter accumulation increased by 13.2%;the absorption of total nitrogen and total potassium increased by 17.7% and 7.7%,respectively;net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate increased by10.7%,63.7% and 25.5%,respectively;antioxidant dismutase,ascorbate peroxidase,catalase content increased by 37.5%,255.7% and 200.0%,respectively;yield increased by 9.9%.Compared with the treatment of clear water,the plant height,stem diameter and fruit number of peppers increased by 15.8%,11.4% and 20.9%,respectively,and the dry matter accumulation increased by 36.8 %;total nitrogen and total phosphorus and the total potassium absorption increased by23.3%,17.4% and 117.9%,respectively;the yield increased by 31.7%.Compared with the treatment with clear water,the plant height,stem diameter,flowering and fruit number of eggplant increased by 4.3%,0.2%,20.0% and 33.0%,respectively,and the dry matter accumulation increased by59.3%;the absorption of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium increased by 34.9%,40.3% and 30.2%;the yield increased by 99.4%.In this study,by adding ascorbic acid,citric acid,chitosan oligosaccharides,sulfurous acid and complex microbial fermentation broth,the problem of oxidative discoloration of straw carbonized wood vinegar was solved.When irrigating the straw carbonized wood vinegar diluted by 100 times,the yields of celery,pepper and eggplant increased significantly.The results showed that straw carbonized wood vinegar may be applied on the cultivation of celery,pepper and eggplant.This study can provide theoretical basis and reference for the utilization of straw carbonized wood vinegar resources.
