The high-efficiency automated decontamination process is the long-term desire of large-scale pastures.The traditional methods of collecting wastes recognized by the environmental protection department have not met the requirements for the rapid development of large-scale pasture development.Designing a clearing manure process that meets the requirements of modern pasture development and environmental protection,solves the problem of clearing manure that plagues large-scale farms,meets the needs of mechanization and large-scale production,and is a necessary choice for intensive,large-scale,and automated development of aquaculture industry.In this paper,the scraper-type septic machine of a cattle farm is taken as the research object,and combined with the specific problems that need to be solved,the centralized monitoring system for the design of the septic system distributed in the 20 cattle houses of the pasture is designed.The whole centralized control system includes the lower position machine on-site control system and the upper machine centralized control system.The design of the on-site control system is based on Siemens S7-300 PLC.The DP communication and inverter communication mode are used to control the operation of the on-site clean-surgery motor and read the frequency conversion.Real-time current,output frequency and torque status parameters,communication module CP341 communicates with the power acquisition module and temperature and humidity acquisition module supporting Modbus communication protocol through 485 bus.The power supply parameters of the field control cabinet and the temperature and humidity parameters in the barn are collected.The encoder disc is used to measure the driving speed of the driving wheel and the driven wheel of the cleaning manure driving device.As the judgment basis for the abnormal speed of the cleaning machine,the control circuit of the cleaning motor and the on-site temperature and humidity adjustment equipment is designed,which can realize the automatic operation of the main equipment.Manual switching between the two operating modes ensures the flexibility of the device control,selects the main equipment and components,and designs the relevant PLC program.The two-way communication between the field control system and the monitoring center of each barn is realized by the wireless communication module.The wireless communication module communicates with the S7-300 PLC through the MPI protocol,and through the GPRS network(supporting 4G),the public network cloud platform,the Internet and the monitoring center computer.Communication is carried out to achieve centralized monitoring of multiple cowsheds on site.The upper computer monitoring software is designed by LabVIEW platform to realize motor running status monitoring and remote control,control cabinet power supply parameter monitoring,and operation abnormal alarm.In order to ensure the necessary conditions for the operation of the winter dredging motor in the north and consider the coupling of temperature and humidity,the fuzzy control algorithm is used to control the temperature and humidity adjustment equipment on the site to realize the intelligent adjustment of the temperature and humidity of the cattle house.The fuzzy controller design tool of LabVIEW is used to implement the fuzzy control algorithm in the upper computer,and the temperature and humidity monitoring interface is designed.The monitoring interface can monitor the temperature and humidity parameters in real time and can adjust the temperature and humidity on site intelligently.Open and close state.The design of the centralized control system fully considers the actual needs of the operation of the clearing machine in the pasture,which can ensure the reliable operation of the cleaning machine,the timely detection of the fault,the reasonable adjustment of the temperature and humidity in the house,and the convenient operation of the farmland management personnel on the operation equipment of multiple cattle houses.Centralized management and control,which has certain reference significance for the research on the pasture scraper decontamination control system,which is relatively lacking in current control measures.
