Broilers,with less feathers under the abdomen,are more susceptible to cold air in cold and cold environments,and their appetite is reduced,and the flocks will show more obvious stress.In winter or when the temperature of the house is cold,the death rate of broilers will increase significantly,and the ratio of meat to meat will increase.Taurine,a conditionally essential amino acid with a wide range of biological and physiological functions,exists in the free state of animals,has antioxidant properties,maintains normal visual function,scavenges oxygen free radicals,participates in endocrine activities,and lowers blood fat.,blood sugar and regulate cellular calcium homeostasis,and it can maintain the osmotic pressure in the body and is related to the fluidity of the cell membrane,which can regulate nerve conduction and inhibit cell death.In this experiment,broilers were used as research objects to investigate the effects of taurine on liver function of broilers in lower temperature environment.To provide a theoretical basis for the application of taurine in broiler chickens in cold ambient light.A total of 240 trials were selected,and healthy AA broilers were routinely raised.At 15 days of age,they were randomly divided into three groups: control group broilers,raised at room temperature(22-24 °C);lower temperature group broilers,kept at lower temperature(8-10 °C);taurine group broilers Raise at lower temperature(8-10 ° C)and drink 1% taurine with water.At 21 days of age,28 days of age,35 days of age,and 42 days of age,10 broilers were randomly selected from each group and sacrificed by jugular vein exsanguination.Fasting water for 12 hours before sampling.The broiler live,abdominal fat,sebum,and whole net sputum were weighed,and the abdominal fat rate and sebum rate were calculated.At 28 days old and 42 days old,the liver of broiler chickens was taken.The content of MDA was detected by TBA method.The activity of GSH-Px and TAOC were detected by colorimetry.The activity of SOD was detected by microplate method.The antioxidant index of CAT was detected by visible light method.At the age of 42 and 42 days,the liver of broiler chickens was used to determine the m RNA expression levels of liver tissue energy metabolism genes(UCP,NADH1,COX1,VDAC1,ANT1)by fluorescence quantitative PCR;related genes in mitochondrial apoptosis pathway(Cyt-c,Apaf-1,Bid,Bax,Bcl-2,AIF,Casp-3,Casp-8,Casp-9,Hsp27,Hsp60,Hsp70,Hsp90)m RNA expression levels;lipid metabolism genes(LPL,PPAR-?,Adiponectin,Adipo R1,Adipo R2)m RNA expression levels.The results of this experiment showed that(1)the addition of taurine could significantly increase the abdominal fat percentage of broilers at 21 days and 42 days of lower temperature,but had no significant effect on sebum rate;(2)taurine significantly increased the lower temperature.The 21-day-old T-AOC activity,21-day-old and 42-day-old GSH-PX activity in the environment broiler liver significantly reduced the 42-day-old SOD activity,21-day-old and 42-day-old MDA content,and regulated the liver's antioxidant capacity.(3)At 28 days of age,taurine increased the expression of VDAC and UCP m RNA in liver tissue.At 42 days of age,taurine increased the expression of UCP m RNA in liver tissue;(4)at 28 days of age,taurine increased the expression of PPAR-?,Adiponectin and Adipo R1 m RNA in liver tissue;When the expression level of PPAR-? m RNA was decreased at 42 days,taurine increased the expression of LPL and Adipo R1 m RNA in liver tissue.(5)At 28 days of age,taurine reduced the expression of Casp-3 m RNA in liver tissue,increased the expression of Hsp27 and Hsp90 m RNA,and inhibited apoptosis.At 42 days of age,taurine reduced the expression of Bax m RNA in liver tissue,and increased the expression of Apaf-1,Bid,Bcl-2,AIF and Casp-9 m RNA,which made it approach normal.In summary,taurine can increase the abdominal fat percentage and sebum rate of broilers,regulate the liver antioxidant capacity of broilers in lower temperature environment,reduce liver damage,participate in the regulation of mitochondrial cell apoptosis,and promote energy metabolism and lipid metabolism.
