| The development of animal husbandry is related to the healthy development of agricultural modernization in the whole country,and pig breeding is an important part of the development of animal husbandry.According to the National Pig Production Development Plan(2016-2020)issued by the Ministry of Agriculture,pig farming is the basis of industrial development and market guarantee.Protecting the production capacity of scale farms and pig farms is essential to stabilizing the development of pig production and ensuring the effective supply of meat market.Pig breeding industry has always been playing a decisive role in Liaoning livestock industry,and Liaoning pig breeding industry has a long history.However,the pig farming industry in Liaoning Province has always lagged behind the southern province in the long-term historical development process,and the gap is obvious.In the area layout of pig production determined in the national pig production development plan(2016-2020 years),Liaoning is divided into potential growth areas,which has certain advantages in environmental carrying capacity,feed resources and local varieties resources.With the gradual implementation of the policy of "South pig going northward",Liaoning will be the main area for future pork production increase.Therefore,through comparative analysis of different scale pig farming industry in Liaoning Province,it is very important for the healthy development of pig industry in Liaoning Province in the future to define the direction of development of pig farming industry in Liaoning Province,and at the same time,it also lays a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of pig industry development planning.This paper first outlines the development status of pig farming industry in Liaoning Province from four aspects of pig stock and market output,pork production,regional layout of pig farming and scale of pig farming.Then,it outlines the cost of pig farming on different scales from three aspects:total cost of pig farming on different scales,cost composition and difference of pig farming on different scales and pig farming income on different scales.Through in-depth analysis with the benefits,the following conclusions are drawn: as far as the total cost of pig farming is concerned,the scale of pig farming in Liaoning Province has been significantly improved,the cost advantage of scale feeding is obvious,while the cost advantage of individual farming is increasingly lacking.In cost composition analysis,the ranking of cost advantage is large-scale < small-scale < medium-scale < small-scale < medium-scale,medium-scale feeding is the most cost advantage;in concentrate feed cost,large-scale feeding is the most cost advantage,small-scale and medium-scale feeding is the middle,free-range feeding is the least cost advantage;In terms of medical and epidemic prevention costs,the order from high to low is large-scale>medium-scale>small-scale>free culture;in terms of death loss costs,there is little difference between the four scales,but the trend of large-scale decline is obvious.in labor cost,the ranking from high to low is free-scale feeding >small-scale > medium-scale feeding.Scale > large scale.In the income analysis,the output value ofindividual pig farming is the largest,followed by small-scale,medium-scale,and large-scale,while the output value of large-scale pig farming is the lowest.In terms of production,the scale of pig farming industry in Liaoning Province is gradually increasing,and the output of large-scale pig farming will be increasing;in terms of net profit.Retail farming has the lowest profit,while small and medium-sized profits are relatively stable.In terms of cost return,the cost return of retail farming is the lowest,while the cost return of small and medium-sized farming is higher.The cost benefit of pig farming is analyzed by using production function and multiple linear regression model.It is concluded that the small and medium scale is more suitable for the future development of pig farming in Liaoning Province.Finally,according to the characteristics of Liaoning Province,the development proposals are put forward. |
