Study On The Quality Evaluation And Grade Standard Of Aconiti Radix

Aconiti radix is one of the genuine herbs in Sichuan.With the growth of benefits in recent years,there has been a planting boom in the entire country,and many provinces and autonomous regions are competing to introduce.However,the quality of aconiti radix in different producing areas is very different,and there are quite a large number of fake things in the market.In the production process,the processing techniques of different enterprises are inconsistent.These factors have caused the quality of aconiti radix to be unguaranteed,and there are potential safety hazards in the clinic.In view of the above problems,this paper uses high performance liquid chromatography to determine the alkaloid content and other index component in aconiti radix and its processed products,carrying out the fingerprint chromatogram research,to provide basis for revision of quality standards of aconiti radix and decoction pieces.The main contents of research and experimental results are as follows:1.Investigate the production areas and cultivation status of aconiti radix in China.Through the field trip and literature review,it is found that the distribution of aconiti radix production area is widespread.Only the genuine production area in Jingyou has been used the intensive farming system with stable quality,and other producing areas are greatly interfered by external factors.The area of the genuine production area has shrunk,and the area of other production areas has increased significantly.The genotypes,climate,soil,cultivation mode,growth period,and harvesting period of each production area are quite different.The quality of the medicinal materials produced is uneven.Leading to the aconiti radix quality of medicinal materials and its processed products is unstable in the current market circulation,and it is difficult to guarantee the safe use of herbs.2.Investigating and quality evaluation of aconiti radix and decoction pieces from different producing areas.Referring to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015),a series of physical and chemical studies were carried out from the appearance traits of the aconiti radix to the content of the internal components.Through experiments,it can be found that the water content of aconiti radix is less than 8%,far lower than the pharmacopoeia standard.There is a big difference in the origin of aconiti radix in each producing area.There is also a big difference of aconiti radix between Jiangyou genuine production area and other producing areas in appearance and thin layer chromatography.The chemical composition of neoline is significantly different.Using high performance liquid chromatography to obtain chromatograms of various batches of medicinal materials and implementing data processing evaluation of the maps of aconiti radix medicinal materials.By comparing the fingerprints of each batch of samples,it can be found that the similarity of aconiti radix between Jiangyou and Shanxi is higher,and the similarity of aconiti radix between Butuo County and Yunnan is higher.The aconiti radix in Jiangyou has higher content of index components than other producing areas,and the content of neoline is more than 0.03%,and the quality is the best.It provides a reference for further study on the authenticity of Jiangyou aconiti radix.3.Preliminarily establishing the grade standards of the aconiti radix.The SPSS and EXCEL software were used to take cluster analysis of samples.The medicinal materials and the decoction pieces of aconiti radix were divided into three grades,namely,first-class,second-class and unified goods,according to the aspects of appearance traits,identification,water and ash determination,fingerprint map,main component content.
