| High standard farmland refers to the cultivated land that is flat,centralized,well-equipped,agricultural power supporting,fertile soil,good ecology,strong disaster resistance,sui Tab for modern agricultural production and management mode,high and s Tab yield,and designated as the permanent protection of basic farmland.The construction of high standard farmland can improve the production conditions and ecological environment of agriculture,enhance the comprehensive production capacity of grain,and accelerate the development of ecological and efficient modern agriculture.The results can provide the basis for the quality protection and improvement of cultivated land in high standard construction areas.In order to clarify the degree and mechanism of high standard farmland construction to improve cultivated land quality,this study takes Huaining County’s new high standard farmland project area in 2019 as the research area,adopts the national standard "cultivated land quality grade" as the evaluation basis.At the same time,based on the evaluation database of cultivated land quality grade in 2018,this paper analyzes the influence of high standard farmland construction on each evaluation index factor of cultivated land quality.This paper discusses the mechanism of high standard farmland construction on the improvement of cultivated land quality grade.The following results were obtained:1.Huaining County new high-standard farmland quality is divided into five grades.The average grade of cultivated land quality evaluation in the whole area is 2.76 and so on.Among them,First class area 190.16 hectares,6.07% of cultivated land area in the total project area;The second class area is 970.33 hectares,accounting for 30.97%of the cultivated land area in the total project area;Of 1383.83 hectares,accounting for 44.16% of the cultivated land area in the total project area;The area of the fourth grade is 582.80 hectares,accounting for 18.60% of the cultivated land area in the total project area;The area of the fifth grade is 6.21 hectares,It accounts for 0.20% of the cultivated land area in the total project area.Of the five levels of arable land in the region,The larger area is mainly concentrated in 2-4,93.73% of the total cultivated land in the project area,Among them,The proportion of equal land is 44.16%,The least distributed,It only accounts for 0.20% of the cultivated land area in the total project area.2.Comprehensive analysis of the change of average cultivated land quality grade and area before and after the completion of high standard farmland in Huaining County,The cultivated land grade distribution of the total project area is 1 to 5 places after the new high standard is built in 2019,Most of the cultivated land is higher,that is,1 to 3,Before the completion of the high standard in 2018,the grade distribution of cultivated land in the total project area was 2 to 9,Mainly distributed in the middle,that is,4 to 6 places;By calculating the average cultivated land quality grade(AI)before and after the completion of high standard farmland,The average cultivated land quality grade of the total project area after the construction of high standard farmland in 2019 was 1.34 higher than that of the average cultivated land quality grade before the completion of the high standard in 2018.The cultivated land quality grade of the five project areas after the construction of high standard farmland in 2019 was improved compared with that before the completion of 2018.The most significant grade improvement was Jiangzhen project area,which increased 3.06 grades,followed by Huanglong Town Project area,Shipai Town Project area and Lashu Town Project area,which increased 1.82,1.49 and 0.72 respectively.The smallest grade improvement was Chaling Town Project area,which increased 0.11 grades.3.Comprehensive analysis of the comprehensive cultivated land quality index per mu of the total project area before and after the completion of high standard farmland and the comprehensive cultivated land quality improvement index of each evaluation factor.After the construction of high standard farmland in 2019,the comprehensive index of cultivated land quality per mu of the total project area increased by 0.033820 indexes before the completion of the high standard.Comparing and analyzing the comprehensive improvement index of cultivated land quality of each evaluation factor before and after the completion of high standard,the comprehensive improvement index of cultivated land quality of drainage capacity,texture configuration,organic matter,irrigation capacity,effective soil layer thickness,obstacle factor,farmland forest network and biodiversity evaluation factor is above 0.001,which can promote the improvement of cultivated land quality grade,while the comprehensive improvement index of cultivated land quality of cultivated land texture,available potassium,cleanliness,topographic position,bulk density,effective phosphorus and p H evaluation factor is close to 0,which does not play a significant role in promoting the improvement of cultivated land quality grade. |
