Nitrogen is a necessary element of peanut growth and development, for a long time,in the pursuit of high yield, the production of peanut rely too much on chemical nitrogen fertilizer, cause the nitrogen fertilizer inputs were far more than nitrogen requirement, not only will the nitrogen utilization rate decrease, but also endanger the farmland ecological environment, resulting in a decrease in soil organic matter content, which seriously affects peanut yield and quality. In order to solve the above problem, this experiment set 4 peanut varieties, including Nonghua 5,Tieyinhua 1,Xianghua 11 and Honghua 16,and also set five nitrogen gradients as N45,N75,N105,N135 and N165,analysis of the four peanuts of morphological indicators, dry matter accumulation, nodulation, nitrogen uptake and distribution, yield, etc. The purpose of this experiment was to find out the nitrogen application level suitable for saving and high yield in the area, and to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for scientific nitrogen application of peanut. The results are as follows1.The study on the morphological changes of four peanut cultivars showed that the four peanut cultivars had different sensitivity to nitrogen fertilizer application, and high nitrogen conditions inhibited the growth of peanut main stems. The main stem height of the four peanut cultivars under N45?N75 treatment was higher than that of N135 and N165;the dry matter accumulation of Nonghua 5 under N105 treatment reached the maximum;Tieyinhua 1 under N75 treatment was higher than that of N135 and N165,and the dry matter accumulation was higher than other treatments;Xianghua No.11 under N105 treatment had more dry matter accumulation;Honghua No.16 had the highest dry matter accumulation under N75 treatment The dry matter accumulation of the four peanut cultivars selected in this experiment reached the maximum under the treatment of N75?N105.The nitrogen content continued to increase, the dry matter accumulation decreased2.The study on the nitrogen nutrition of four peanuts showed that the nitrogen accumulation of the four peanut varieties increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate.Excessive nitrogen application inhibited the accumulation of nitrogen in peanuts. The nitrogen content of Nonghua 5 reached the maximum under N105 treatment;the nitrogen content of Tieyinhua 1 was higher than other treatments under N75 treatment;when Xianghua 11 was treated with N105,the nitrogen content of plants was higher than other treatments. The nitrogen content of Honghua 16 reached the maximum under N75 treatment.3.The study on the nodule condition of four peanut varieties showed that the number of root nodules and dry weight of four peanut varieties decreased with the increase of nitrogen application rate. The number of nodules of four peanut varieties under N45 treatment was significantly higher than that of N135.?N165,that is,low nitrogen is more favorable than nodonia to the formation of nodule; The number and dry weight of nodules of Tieyinhua 1 and high-efficiency nodule varieties Xianghua 11 and Honghua 16 were also relatively high at high nitrogen levels.4.The results of nitrogen application rate on the yield of four peanut varieties showed that nitrogen application could promote the increase of peanut yield.Rational application of nitrogen fertilizer can promote the growth of production to varying degrees. The yield of Nonghua 5 under N105 treatment reached the maximum;the maximum value of Tieyinhua 1 under N75 treatment;the maximum yield of Xianghua 11 at N75?N105;the maximum yield of Honghua 16 under N105 treatment;Under low nitrogen level, with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer level, peanut yield increased;Under high nitrogen levels, with the increase of nitrogen application rate, peanut yield decreased, and excessive nitrogen application was not conducive to the increase of peanut yield.
