| As the basic industry of China,agriculture plays an important role in the economic development.With the development of social economy,the problems existing in the development of agriculture are becoming more and more prominent.In order to promote the development of agriculture,increase the disposable income of farmers,promote the growth of rural economy and realize the modernization of agriculture,we must vigorously develop agriculture with characteristics.Characteristic agriculture is an emerging leading industry at the present stage as well as a trend.Characteristic agriculture forms efficient agriculture with market competitiveness by utilizing local unique natural resource advantages.At present,Panjin characteristic agriculture development is featured by modernity,high efficiency and high quality,but it still has certain disparity with the modern characteristic agriculture.There are still some problems,such as incomplete agricultural management system,short agricultural industry chain and imperfect agricultural infrastructure.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the development of Panjin characteristic agriculture in view of the existing problems.Based on the theory of characteristic agriculture development,the paper summarizes the overall development of Panjin agriculture by using the methods of literature research,field investigation and SWOT analysis.The development status of the characteristic agriculture industry,such as rice industry,crab industry and Loach fish industry in Panjin City are summarized respectively,and then the overall characteristic agriculture of Panjin City is comprehensively analyzed using SWOT analysis.This paper points out the advantages of developing characteristic agriculture in Panjin city,and finds out that the agricultural infrastructure is not perfect;the ability of industrial agglomeration is weak,and the rural labor force is short and the quality is on the low side in Panjin city.Short agricultural industry chain and imperfect agricultural management system restrict the development of characteristic agriculture.At the same time,it also points out that the development of characteristic agriculture in Panjin city should have more government policy support.Finally,in view of the problems existing in Panjin city’s characteristic agriculture,the paper puts for ward suggestions such as to improve the infrastructure construction,strengthen government’s support,train the new type of professional farmers,strengthen the brand marketing,develop rural e-commerce etc.for Panjin City to develop characteristic agriculture. |
