The application of microbial agents is very promising.It can not only activate cell viability,but also produce a variety of auxins,which will make plants grow vigorously and increase yield;It will also facilitate the transformation of nutrients in the soil and enable plants to absorb more fully and effectively.In this study,two experiments on the reduction of nitrogen fertilizers combined with microbial agents in rice production were carried out,and the effects of nitrogen fertilizers on the growth and soil nutrients were discussed.Among them,experiment 1: the pot experiment,the effect of nitrogen fertilizer reduction combined with bacteriostatic agent on rice growth and soil available nutrients,and the combined microbial agents are nitrogen-fixing spirulina and complex bacteriostatic agent S.This test is a potted plant in the operating room of Shenyang Agricultural University.Test 2: Field plot test,the effect of nitrogen fertilizer reduction combined with bacteriostatic agent on rice growth and nutrient absorption.The combined microbial agents are compound bacteria S and compound bacteria B.This test is a field in the South China Rice Institute of Shenyang Agricultural University.test.Concluded as follow:(1)Nitrogen reduction combined with microbial agents can increase rice root length,root volume,root surface area and other indicators,and increase rice biomass.Potassium absorption is concentrated in the stems and leaves,which is beneficial to increase the absorption of potassium in rice stems and leaves,and improve the lodging resistance of rice.The combination of chemical fertilizer and microbial agent can provide nutrient basis for rice grain,so that most of the nitrogen nutrition and phosphorus nutrition in the rice plants are transferred to the grain,which can increase rice yield.(2)After application of microbial agents,it contributes to the transformation and release of soil nutrients,which increases the content of organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the soil and improves the nutrient of paddy soil.The absorption of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients in rice was increased,the effect of reducing the amount of nitrogen fertilizer with the application of the microbial agent is better than that of the conventional fertilization,and the effect of the compounding agent S is better.The application prospect of microbial agents is broad,Under the experimental conditions,the reduction of nitrogen fertilizer combined with microbial agents promoted the transformation of soil nutrients,increased rice growth and rice yield.The results provided theoretical reference and data support for fertilizer application and sustainable agricultural development.
