Acanthopanax senticosus and Aralia elata are important medicinal and food dual-use wild resources in China. With the improvement of people's living standards, the demand for green resources is increasing. However, wild Acanthopanax senticosus and Aralia elata resources are less, their reproductive capacity is limited, and overuse also leads to the destruction of Acanthopanax senticosus and Aralia elata populations, seriously affecting the sustainable use of resources. Therefore, how to maintain the stability of wild Under certain premises, scientific and rational sustainable utilization of wild resources is the key problem to be solved urgently.Taking Acanthopanax senticosus and Aralia elata as objects, this study explored the effects of different harvesting intensities(weak, medium, strong and extreme intensities)on the growth(biomass),fructification and regeneration of Acanthopanax senticosus. The effects of harvesting on the growth(biomass),fruiting and regeneration of Aralia elata were studied by setting different harvesting intensity(partial harvesting, total harvesting)and harvesting times(primary and secondary harvesting).Through stubble and root cutting experiments, the technology of promoting the growth and renewal of Aralia elata was explored,so as to realize the controlled utilization of the renewable resources of Acanthopanax senticosus and Aralia elata,in order to provide scientific basis for the protection and utilization of the resources of Acanthopanax senticosus and Aralia elata, and provide technical support for the sustainable utilization of the resources of Acanthopanax senticosus and Aralia elata. The results are as follows:(1)The growth and Fruiting of Acanthopanax senticosus were significantly reduced by harvesting(p<0.05).Except for weak harvesting, moderate harvesting, intensive harvesting and extreme harvesting promoted the tillering regeneration of Acanthopanax senticosus.(2)Different harvesting intensity inhibited the growth of Aralia elata, some harvesting(once or twice)reduced the mortality rate, but all harvesting(once or twice)increased the mortality rate;harvesting reduced the 1000-grain weight of Aralia elata, and some harvesting twice and all harvesting twice significantly reduced the 1000-grain weight of Aralia elata(p<0.05);harvesting promoted the regeneration of the tillers of Aralia elata.Part of them were harvested twice, which significantly improved the ability of tiller regeneration(p<0.05).(3)Flat stubble can not only promote Aralia elata to germinate more new branches and meet the needs of harvesting, but also promote the root system to produce tillers,so as to realize the sustainable use of resources. With the decrease of flat stubble height, flat stubble increased the number of branches of Aralia elata, decreased the growth of germinating branches, and promoted the ability of tillering renewal.Therefore,6-15 cm was the bestchoice for the height of flat stubble.(4)Root-cutting treatment of Aralia elata significantly increased the number of sprouting and tillering seedlings.root cutting of Aralia elata with larger ground diameter has more tillering seedlings. The suitable distance and range of root cutting is 0.5m,while the radius of Aralia elata with smaller ground diameter should be 1/2 of the circular groove.Based on the above research results,In order to realize the sustainable utilization of wild resources such as Acanthopanax senticosus and Aralia elata, the harvesting methods of moderate harvesting intensity and partial harvesting secondary harvesting should be selected respectively when Acanthopanax senticosus and Aralia elata are harvested. The height of Aralia elata should be selected at 6-15 cm,and the plants with bigger diameter should be selected as far as possible; To cut the root of Aralia elata,we should choose the round groove with large ground diameter and 0.5m root-cutting distance.
