| Cultivated land resources are the foundation of agricultural production development. As an important commodity grain base, the Lower Plain of the Liao River improve the quality grade potential of cultivated land which is good for the sustainable use of cultivated land and the future development of agriculture. In recent years, with the development of the economy, the expansion of construction land has led to a sharp decline in the amount of cultivated land, and agricultural structure have also intensified the reduction of the amount of cultivated land.In addition, the lack of high-quality cultivated land and the frequent occurrence of natural disasters have caused the quality of cultivated land to degrade continuously, which seriously threatens the development of China’s grain production and the development of agricultural economy.According to the statistics of 2016,the middle grade cultivated land in the country is 50%,and the cultivated land grade is mainly from 9 to 16.The cultivated land in the Lower Plain of the Liao River is mainly in the middle and lower grades. Therefore,as an important commodity grain base, the region has a large potential for improvement in cultivated land quality grade.Improving the potentials of cultivated land quality grade is an important goal of the improvement project of cultivated land.In recent years, the grain security problem caused by the quality of cultivated land has become a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad. For a long time,China’s cultivated land protection policies have focused on quantity protection and neglected the quality protection of cultivated land. With the emergence of the quality of cultivated land, the attention of managers and scholars has arisen. The protection of the quantity and quality of cultivated land has become the key to the protection of cultivated land.In this paper, the Lower Plain of the Liao River is the research area, combined with the “natural-utilization-location” evaluation index system, using the data of the quantity and quality distribution of cultivated land in 2016,the evaluation method of cultivated land quality in the study area is carried out by the closeness method, and the cluster analysis method is applied. The closeness values were graded according to the size, and the five-level area of cultivated land quality evaluation was divided. At the same time, the single factor interpolation and principal component analysis method of ARCGIS 10.2 spatial analysis were combined to explore the dominant limiting factors of cultivated land quality in different area.Based on this partition, the theoretical potential analysis of cultivated land quality improvement based on the grading results data, and the analysis of the actual potential of cultivated land quality based on capacity conversion are carried out,and then the improvement potential of cultivated land quality in different regions is comprehensively determined. The research results have certain practical significance, which can provide theoretical and technical guidance for the improvement of cultivated land quality in the Lower Plain of the Liao River.Through the analysis of the quality of cultivated land in the Lower Plain of the Liao River, and the analysis of the limiting factors, the research results can be divided into the five-level cultivated land and other areas. The first-class cultivated land quality is the best, and the topsoil is mainly loam and clay.Basically no salt alkalization, the largest contiguous area, the best location conditions, the main limiting factor is the surface soil texture;the second-level cultivated land quality is second, the surface soil is mainly clay, the salinization degree is mild, the location condition Preferably, the main limiting factors are surface soil texture and salinity;the quality of cultivated land in the tertiary area is medium, the surface soil texture is mainly clay and sand, and the degree of salinization of cultivated land is between mild and moderate, and the drainage system is generally There is no location advantage. The main limiting factors are salinity, distance from the main road and distance from the water system;the quality of the cultivated land in the fourth-grade area is poor, the surface soil texture is poor, mainly sandy soil, and the degree of salinization is moderately heavy. The arable land area is small and there is no location advantage. The main limiting factors are salinity and contiguous area;the fifth-level area has the worst quality of cultivated land, the surface soil texture is the worst, and the sand and gravel soil are more. Not easy to cultivate, overall soil salinization more serious, severe salinity main drainage conditions in general,no advantages zone, the main limiting factor to salinity, surface soil texture, drainage and organic matter content.Through the analysis of the theoretical potential of cultivated land quality based on the results of grading results, and the analysis of the actual potential of cultivated land quality based on capacity conversion, the results show that the potential of the first-level area can be 0.96,and the theoretical improvement potential is 4.66.The lifting range is 0.96~4.66,which is the easiest to implement, and the lifting difficulty is the smallest;after the superposition processing in the secondary area, the potential is 0.81,the theoretical improvement potential is 5.55,and the range can be improved from 0.81 to 5.55,which is easier to implement. The difficulty of improvement is small;the potential of the third-level area can be realized by 0.80,the theoretical improvement potential is 7.21,the range can be increased from 0.80 to 7.21,and the difficulty is moderate;the potential of the fourth-level area can be 0.78,The theoretical improvement potential is 7.18,and the range can be increased from 0.78 to 7.18,which is difficult to achieve. The potential of the five-level area can be 0.46,and the theoretical improvement potential is 11.28.The range can be increased from 0.46 to 11.28.The difficulty is the biggest and the cycle is the longest. This study is based on the quality evaluation and potential evaluation of the cultivated land status in the Lower Plain of the Liao River in 2016.The dynamic change of cultivated land, that is,the long-term change of a certain period of time, and the improvement of cultivated land quality, etc.Targeted suggestions for the prominent characteristics of leading constraints are slightly more general, and the characteristics and improvement approaches of different dominant constraints are diverse and adapted to local conditions. These issues are expected to be improved in future research. |
