Sows fatigue syndrome(SFS)is part of the most serious diseases in the pig industry.Traditional Chinese veterinary medicine therapy established by combining "buyi" and "qingxiao" has proved effective in practice.In order to achieve better curative effect,the micropowder process and quality standard were studied.The quality of Chinese medicine,such as Astragali Radix,Codonopsis radix and Astragali Radix,was selected to prepare crude powder and ultra-fine powder respectively.The crude powder and ultra-fine powder samples of Astragali Radix,Codonopsis radix and Astragali Radix scutellariae were taken for particle size distribution,specific surface area,fluidity and hygroscopicity.The results of particle size and specific surface area showed that the particle size of TCM crude powder was basically within the range of 50-100 ?m,while the specific surface area of TCM ultrafine powder was dozens of times larger than that of coarse powder in the range of 1-10 ?m.The fluidity results showed that the proportion of the rest Angle of ultra-fine powder and the rest angle of coarse powder was greater than 1.Hygroscopicity,according to the results of the temperature is 25 ?,relative humidity of 75%,under the condition of different Chinese traditional medicine superfine powder hygroscopicity were stronger than coarse powder.Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the preparation of superfine powder for Astragaloside in the determination of evaporative light-scattering detector as detector,the drift tube temperature 110 ?,mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(30:70).The standard curve of Astragaloside control solution with different concentration was drawn.Precision,reproducibility and recovery were tested,and three batches of samples were taken for content determination.HPLC diagram showed that the retention time of the Astragaloside reference sample was around 16.2 min,while the peak of the sample also appeared here,while no obvious peak of the negative reference sample appeared here.The regression equation obtained from the standard curve test was Y=18137.53X-4655.26,r=0.99995(n=5).The integral value of the peak area of Astragaloside in the precision test was 1.13%,the RSD of the reproducibility test sample was 1.25%,the recovery rate was 97.52% ±1.31,and RSD was 1.04%.The content of astragaloside in the three batches of samples reached 0.32 ±0.02,0.35 ±0.02 and 0.29± 0.03 respectively,and RSD was 1.07%,0.96% and 1.31% respectively.Experiment select 50 first time(3 ~ 4 tire)and similar weight changbai * york hybrid sows,and randomly divided into 5 groups: ? group based diet(fed)for blank control group,? group for ordinary Chinese medicine powder based diet(by adding 5%),? group,the ? group and ? for superfine powder group(according to the basal diet were 1.5%,3% and 1.5% respectively add),each group of 10 sows,one sow for a repeat.The litter size,Number of piglets born alive per litter,Weak young rate,Litter birth w eight of all piglets born alive,Birth weight of piglet born alive were recorded after delivery in each experimental group.The content of amino acids in plasma was determined on the 90 d of gestation.Plasma urea concentration and immunoglobulin IgA,IgM and IgG concentrations were measured at gestational day 0,30,60 and 90 d.Data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0 software.The results show that,? and ? group can effectively increase the sow litter number born alive,birth litter weight,concentration of plasma amino acids and immunoglobulin,IgA,IgM and IgG concentration and a significant difference with the rest of the experimental group(P < 0.05);? and ? group can effectively reduce the Weak young rate,plasma concentration of urea and ammonia concentration,and a significant difference with the rest of the experimental group(P < 0.05).? group and ? data difference was not significant(P > 0.05).The above experimental results are shown that the particle size decreases,specific surface area increases,mobility decreases,and hygroscopicity increases.The experiments of HPLC,precision and recovery show that this method is feasible.The addition of TCM compounds can effectively improve the performance of sows,increase the plasma amino acid level of sows,reduce the concentration of urea and ammonia,and effectively increase the immunoglobulin level of sows.Similarly,the effect of the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine ultra-fine powder was better than that of ordinary powder,but there was no significant difference between the dosage of 3% and that of 5%.Therefore,3% is not only applicable,but also low cost.
