Analysis On Adoptive Behavior And Benefits Of Conservation Tillage Technology For Farmers

As an advanced farming technique,conservation tillage technology has obvious advantages over traditional farming methods.It not only saves energy,reduces energy costs,but also effectively reduces soil erosion and dust pollution and improves soil fertility.And water-saving drought resistance.Changtu County is a sub-humid monsoon-type continental climate zone with moderate temperature,light and heat during the same period,sufficient sunlight,fertile soil,and is conducive to crop growth.It is a typical dry farming area and grain-producing county in China.However,during to the long-term adoption of traditional farming methods,the situation of soil and water loss in dry farming has increased,leading to arable land and poor soil fertility,causing a certain degree of deterioration of environmental quality,increasing agricultural production costs,affecting grain output capacity,and constraining agriculture.Sustainable development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the adoption behavior and benefits of conservation tillage technology for farmers in Changtu County.It is of great significance to the development of the county's agricultural economy,the improvement of farmers' income levels,and the improvement of the agricultural ecological environment.This paper takes Changtu County as the research area,selects 2 villages in 4 towns to conduct a questionnaire survey,and uses literature review combined with data collection,questionnaire survey combined with individual interviews,statistical analysis and comparative analysis to analyze the adoption behavior and benefits of conservation tillage technology for farmers.Based on the analysis of the current status and existing problems of conservation tillage in Changtu County,this paper uses the actual survey data of farmers to describe the adoption of conservation tillage technology for farmers in Changtu County and the conservation tillage of farmers in Changtu County.A detailed statistical analysis was made on the factors and benefits of technology adoption behavior.The basic conclusions are: First,the development of conservation tillage in Changtu County has initially reached the scale of promotion,technical support and application results,but there is also problem such as mechanization less advanced.Second,most farmers adopt protective tillage techniques,accounting for 70.5% of the surveyed rural households,and mainly use less tillage technology,followed by straw returning technology,and the application of no-tillage technology is relatively low.Farmers mainly through the way of village's unified promotion and technical personnel to understand conservation tillage technology.Third,whether the adoption of conservation tillage techniques and the type of conservation tillage techniques adopted by rural households will be influenced by individual characteristics,family characteristics,and basic characteristics of cultivated land.Fourth,the adoption of conservation tillage technology by farmers has the economic benefits of improving the output of cultivated land,material costs,and operating expenses,has the social benefits of promoting labor transfer and reducing the income gap of residents,and has the ecological benefits of reducing environmental pollution and improving the quality of cultivated land and soil.Finally,on the basis of the statistical analysis of the survey,the paper proposes some suggestions for the development of conservation tillage in Changtu County,with a view to providing reference for promoting the development of conservation tillage,increasing farmers' income,and promoting the development of regional agricultural economy.
