In the process of large-scale development and reclamation in the black soil area of Northeast China, serious problems of soil erosion have appeared.Over the years, affected by unreasonable farming methods and other factors, black soil in some areas of Northeast China has been exposed for a long time, soil structure has degenerated, and wind erosion and water erosion have intensified, which poses a severe challenge to the sustainable development of agriculture in Northeast China and the guarantee of food security in China. The quality of black soil is directly related to the food security and sustainable development of agriculture in China. The implementation of conservation tillage is an effective way to protect the farmland ecological environment in the black soil area, which can improve the efficiency of agricultural production. Therefore, the study of conservation tillage benefits and its influencing factors in Northeast China is conducive to promoting the coordinated development of economy, society and ecology in the main grain producing areas in Northeast China, ensuring the national food security, and then realizing the sustainable development of agriculture. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,Research on the conservation tillage model and benefit evaluation of black soil in Northeast China.Based on the research of conservation tillage mode of black land in Northeast China, this paper takes "Lishu mode" in Northeast China as a typical case, takes the benefit of conservation tillage of black land in Lishu County as the research object, and uses the survey data to calculate the economic, social and ecological benefits of conservation tillage. The results showed that the implementation of conservation tillage reduced the operating costs, increased crop yield and benefits, improved the ecological environment, and promoted the sustainable use of cultivated land.Second, the analysis of the influencing factors of the benefit of the conservation tillage of black land in Northeast China. This paper also adopts the questionnaire method, combined with the advice of relevant experts and technicians in Northeast China, and selects 12 indicators influencing the benefit of conservation farming from four dimensions: policy factors, economic factors, farmers’ level and technology level: related policy factors, government propaganda, government management;farmers’ income and new technology Input and government subsidies;the ability to accept technology, participate in technical training and implement application;adaptability of agricultural machinery and tools, and quality of conservation tillage.By the analytic hierarchy process, the weight of each influencing factor is calculated, and the importance of the influencing factors of conservation tillage benefit is analyzed. The results show that: among the 12 factors affecting the benefit of conservation tillage,8 influencing factors, such as the subsidy degree of the government, the adaptability of agricultural machinery and tools, the input of new technology, relevant policies and laws and regulations, the quality of conservation farming operation, the income of agricultural machinery households, practical application ability and the publicity of the government, have significant influence on the development of the benefit of the black land conservation farming in Northeast China.According to the above analysis results, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the Conservation Cultivation of black land in Northeast China as follows:(1)Increase the policy support.(2)Encourage the development of conservation tillage technology.(3)Improve the laws and regulations of conservation farming policy.(4)Supervise and inspect the implementation of the protection of black land.(5)We should increase training on Conservation Cultivation skills.(6)We should strengthen the propaganda of conservation farming.
