Small and medium-sized irrigation and water Conservancy projects are an important guarantee for rural development and grain production.China has a large proportion of rural areas and insufficient investment.Some problems such as disrepair,poor management and declining benefits have seriously endangered China's food security.Promoting the comprehensive reform of channel lining and agricultural water price,developing efficient agriculture and fine agriculture is an urgent need to realize the modernization of agriculture,ensure food security,and build a economical society.This experimental irrigation area is located in Guanbao Village,Zhangqiang Town.Currently,open channel irrigation is used.The main channel is earth canal,and the drainage system has a large loss along the course and a low utilization rate.The water source in the irrigation area is the West Marlene River,which is rich in water resources and fully meets the demand for irrigation.The property rights of the water sources above the main channel in this experimental irrigation area shall be owned by the state,the property rights of the main channel and the following channels shall be owned by the village collectives,and the right of use shall be the Guanbao Village Water Supply Association.The plan is to complete a total of 7.656 km of lining channels,of which 2.167 km of lining branches,using in-situ concrete trapezoidal channels;The lining channel is 5.489 km and the UJ400 type prefabricated rectangular channel is used.On this basis,an automated monitoring system was set up to complete the water price reform in the project area.The corresponding facilities included the establishment of a dispatch center station,a management software set,19 water measurement facilities,and corresponding supporting facilities.This design is to realize the information management of water charge and achieve the purpose of water-saving irrigation.We will establish an information management platform for irrigation areas,measure the use of water in various channels in irrigation areas,and present a comprehensive map of irrigation areas in the form of maps,including information on channels,Gates,monitoring equipment,and plots of land.The water use in irrigation area is monitored in real time by means of cloud platform technology of the Internet of Things,and the irrigation area informatization and water-saving irrigation is realized with the display method of graph combination and the convenient and friendly control interface.On the one hand,it has improved the backward irrigation and water Conservancy facilities in the area.On the other hand,it is powered by innovative water price mechanisms and management mechanisms,which has improved farmers 'awareness of water conservation and increased farmers' economic income.
