Dai county is located in the northeast of Shanxi Province,the east adjacent to fanzhi county,west connected with yuanping city,south wutai,north leaning on the mountain.The county is 60 km long from north to south and 39 km wide from east to west.The terrain is high in the north and low in the middle.Central hutuo river valley along the formation of strip basin.Hutuo river for the county's largest rivers,its tributaries including originated in meiyukou XieHe,I in wutai mountain in the south of the river,river,surface water,groundwater resource is rich,perennial with water in the river,originated in north of mount heng mountain rivers,are seasonal rivers,although have a little water,more can't,surface water,groundwater resources.Hutuo river upstream has a medium-sized reservoir and a small(a)reservoir,are located in fanzhi county.The irrigation area of dai county originally belonged to the scope of xiaruyue reservoir built in 1973.After the completion of the e river water diversion project in 1994,the dai county irrigation area and e river irrigation area merged in October 1998 to become the largest array-fed irrigation area of dai county.In recent years,the dai county irrigation area is in disrepair.Due to the aging of facilities such as the equipment gate,it cannot effectively achieve the irrigation effect,so it is in urgent need of upgrading and renovation.Plans through field visiting survey data,this paper design and access to previous data,combined with the actual situation to upgrade dai county I river irrigation area,and then on the basis of national policy,to form a complete set of water-saving transformation,due to the design of this article is to belong to conform to local conditions for the design,the selection of equipment and so on did not consider money situation,first of all,analyze the present situation of water supply and demand in the irrigation area,the second analysis project implementation after irrigation,water supply and demand for water quality analysis in order to find out the water quality analysis;According to the analysis of water quality to design the renovation project,and then need to carry out automatic design,choose a relatively reasonable gate and hoist,complete the electrical design,and then carry out environmental protection evaluation and energy conservation evaluation on the whole design project,calculate the capital cost,draw a conclusion.This design from the design concept,equipment selection,engineering layout and other aspects of the optimization,the selection of energy saving equipment in line with the national policy.In the operation and management of the project,the optimization of the first hub operation management mode and the operationscheme of water delivery channels is considered,and the overall project design conforms to the energy conservation design requirements of China's fixed assets projects.After the project,can restore I river irrigated area,improve the agricultural production,not only increase farmer's income,can also change the local ecological environment,the development of farmland forest tries,windbreak and sand-fixation,water conservation,the role of the environment microclimate regulation,increased soil moisture,and improve the local ecological environment,to achieve the improvement of the farming,such as water,land,forest,promote the harmony between human and nature,so as to promote the development of the society,on the good ecology,life wealthy civilization development.
