Analysis On The Quality Protection Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Farmers'Cultivated Land In Jilin Province

The quantity and quality of cultivated land are directly related to the food security of our country and the sustainable development of the economy and society.At the same time,arable land is also an irreplaceable scarce resource to ensure the food supply of the country.For China,where the per capita arable land is extremely poor,the protection of the number of cultivated land has aroused the high concern of the country.However,the concern of the quality of cultivated land is far from enough.Over the years,in the process of industrialization and urbanization,land asset poor phenomenon meet the eye everywhere;industrial pollution,agricultural nonpoint source pollution has led to a loss of security of cultivated land productivity;the unreasonable farming system and crop structure and unreasonable fertilization,resulting in soil ecological imbalance and impoverishment;the mainland in heavily polluted farmland up 50 million acres.The agricultural production behavior that severely depleted the ground has taken place in a large number of reality.In fact,under the premise of maintaining 1 billion 800 million mu red line,due to the decline of cultivated land quality,the effective productivity of cultivated land in China has been below 1 billion 800 million mu.Paying close attention to the quality of cultivated land and achieving sustainable development of agriculture should become a major decision of the country.This paper takes Jilin Province as the research object,the integrated use of farmer behavior theory and the theory of sustainable development,based on the analysis of cultivated land in Jilin province quality status and reasons for the changes on the empirical research on the factors of the quality of cultivated land protection and its influence on the behavior of farmers,finally put forward reasonable suggestions for the government to formulate appropriate policies to protect the quality of cultivated land.This research has important practical significance to encourage farmers' enthusiasm for farmland quality protection,regulate farmers' farmland quality protection behavior,and effectively protect cultivated land resources in Jilin province and even in China.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)During the analysis of farmers' farmland quality protection behavior,farmers are both participants and direct beneficiaries,and play a certain role in the protection of cultivated land quality.Only by respecting the wishes of the peasants and allowing farmers to voluntarily and actively participate in the quality protection of cultivated land,can the effect of the quality of cultivated land be brought into play.Because of its own ability and so on,the peasants' conservative ideas and uncommon principles are a rational embodiment.In fact,most farmers know little about the protection of cultivated land quality.Therefore,it is necessary to improve farmers' own development ability and reduce the damage to cultivated land,so as to maximize farmers' cognition.(2)The welfare cognition of cultivated land quality protection is also an important factor affecting the behavior of farmers.At the present stage,along with the development of rural economy and society,the quality and the overall development of rural environment are also increasingly concerned by farmers.Obviously,the protection of cultivated land quality is beneficial to the protection of the ecological environment.The study also shows that farmers' cognition of the ecological welfare on farmland quality protection has a positive impact on Farmers' willingness to protect farmland quality,but social welfare cognition has no significant effect.(3)The external environment has a significant effect on the quality protection of farmers' cultivated land,but the policy propaganda is not enough,and the farmers' cognition of the quality protection of cultivated land is insufficient.The situation of farmers' participation in cooperatives is relatively small.
