With the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of animal husbandry has been expanding,and it has also brought about a series of problems,such as the treatment of feces and livestock.The problem of harmless disposal of dead livestock has become a big problem facing the animal husbandry,especially the "Huangpu River drift dead pig" event in 2013,harmless disposal of dead livestock also triggered a government and nationwide public's concern.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the harmless treatment of dead livestock.This paper first researches the current status of the treatment of dead livestock at home and abroad,introduces the main methods adopted at home and abroad,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods.This paper mainly introduces the rendering processing technology,studies the main factors influencing the processing technology,introduces the working principle of the main equipment in the process of rendering,and independently develops the dewatering-drying-scatter machine according to the characteristics of the process.According to the functions of the machine,the detailed structure of the dehydrating-drying-scatter machine is designed.Including the screw shaft and the helical blade structure design and verification,scatter roller design,filter design,and feed box,discharge box structure design,the base and the shell structure design;according to the basic theory of heat transfer and microwave steam coupling drying theory,calculated steam heat balance and the amount of steam during the drying process;calculated the required power of the microwave drying system,the magnetron and waveguide components in microwave system was calculated and selected.Finally,the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to establish the finite element model of the screw shaft structure,divide mesh,add load and constraint.The static analysis of the screw shaft has been completed to verify the strength of it.The modal analysis of the screw shaft is completed,and the mode and frequency of the six order mode of the screw shaft are obtained.
