The construction project of a detoxification processing plant for sick and dead livestock in Linzi District is of great significance in food quality and safety management,occupying an extremely important position in the work of building a harmonious society in the whole region.Concerning the risk management in the construction of the processing plant,not only risk management factors in general construction projects have to be taken into account,but also various special factors in detoxification processing of sick and dead livestock have to be noticed.Risk identification and assessment is an important part of risk management and the premise to design risk control measures.Therefore,the risk identification and assessment of the construction project of a detoxification processing plant for sick and dead livestock in Linzi District is of great value to the risk management of the project.The method of work breakdown structure--risk decomposition structure(WBS-RBS)being used as the risk identification tool,four-level decomposition of the work of the construction project of a detoxification processing plant for sick and dead livestock in Linzi District is carried out,and three-level decomposition of the work of the construction project risk is done in order to construct WBS-RBS coupled matrix.A project risk analysis team is set up,and a project risk analysis meeting is held so as to analyze the project risk structure and conversion conditions,and identify the risks of the construction project of a detoxification processing plant for sick and dead livestock in Linzi District,providing theoretical support for node control measures of project risks.The frequency of the conversion relationship between the level 3 risk and the level 4 work is summarized,and normalization of frequency is done.The possibility of risk occurrence is calculated and graded,risk losses are calculated by means of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and graded.Then the risk assessment grade is given after further calculation the amount of risks.According to the specific control measures of risk transfer,loss control,risk retention and risk avoidance,reasonable proposals for risk control measures of the project are put forward.The research results are of great directive significance in the implementation of the construction project of a detoxification processing plant for sick and dead livestock in Linzi District,and of certain reference value for the risk management of similar projects.
