With the cutting of forest resources to forestry ecological protection in state-owned forest region, the employment pressure in state-owned forest areas has further increased, and the problem of population poverty has become more prominent. The state-owned forest areas have gradually formed a significant social feature, that is,the policy of the forest area is "Non-city non-township",the employment of the population " not working or not farming",the overall situation in the social "sandwich" embarrassing situation, the overall situation is in the embarrassing situation of the social "sandwich".Under the background of "a well-off society can not be less" and the country’s implementation of "precise poverty alleviation" strategy, poverty in forest areas has a major impact on the country’s overall poverty alleviation goals, and it cannot be underestimated, and the problem of intergenerational transmission of poverty in state-owned forest areas is poor for forest areas, the solution of the problem has an important role to play.Based on the current social and economic development background, this paper studies the characteristics and influencing factors of poverty intergenerational transmission in the northeast state-owned forest region. It is based on the transformation of time and space and institutional background from the development to protection of the northeast state-owned forest area, and inherits from space(Whether the transition of intergenerational spatial position or not),the inheritance of occupation(whether the transformation of employment direction between generations)and the inheritance of identity(reflecting the conditions of succession within the system)examine the problem of intergenerational transmission of poverty in the northeast state-owned forest areas.Through the survey data of the micro-levels of 320 households in 16 forestry bureaus and 76 forest farms in the northeastern state-owned forest area, the Logistic model was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of the intergenerational interfering problem in the northeast state-owned forest area. Finally, from the perspectives of spatial policy and ecological function constraints, resource depletion and economic adjustment, industrial contraction and employment exclusion, location conditions and market development,state-owned forest system reform and dilemma,to explore the constraints and obstacles in the resolution of intergenerational transmission problems in state-owned forest areas. From the aspects of improving and improving the supply capacity of public goods and public services in forest areas, developing the mechanism of forestry equity allocation and circulation, developing the urbanization mechanism of forest land replacement in different areas, and Strengthen staff skills training and relying on the "Internet +",proposed a policy proposal to solve the problem of intergenerational transmission of poverty in the northeast state-owned forest region.
