Study On Underforest Economic Development In Yanbian State-owned Forest Region

Underforest economy is a complex three-dimensional economy based on ecological environment and resources,mainly on Planting under forests,breeding under forests,collection and processing under forests and utilization of forest landscape.Yanbian State-owned Forest Area(Changbai Mountain Forest Industry Group),as a key state-owned forest area in Jilin Province,is facing major problems of transformation development and enterprise reform after stopping commercial logging of natural forests in Northeast State-owned Forest Area from April 1,2015.Developing undergrowth economy into the most important work of state-owned forest areas after logging can greatly reduce the economic difficulties of Yanbian state-owned forest areas after logging ban,which meets the needs of the transformation and development of forest areas.At the same time,with the overall development of social economy,the undergrowth economic industry,as an important part of forestry economy,has been paid more and more attention by the society.However,there are still many problems in the undergrowth economy of Yanbian state-owned forest area,such as unreasonable industrial structure,lagging product processing,uncoordinated ecological protection and exploitation of undergrowth resources.These problems restrict the development of undergrowth economy in Yanbian state-owned forest area.How to solve these problems properly is of great significance to the development of undergrowth economy in Yanbian state-owned forest area.Based on the theories of ecology,economics and sustainable development,this paper combs the historical development and transformation of Yanbian state-owned forest area,and analyses the data and data related to undergrowth economic development in Yanbian state-owned forest area from 2013 to 2018.It finds the fluctuation and change of undergrowth economic data in Yanbian state-owned forest area,analyses the current situation of undergrowth economic development in Yanbian state-owned forest area,and applies SWOT-PEST.The analysis method points out the development strategy suitable for Yanbian state-owned forest area,and puts forward some suggestions,such as rational distribution of economic and industrial structure under forests,accelerating industrial adjustment,increasing the intensity of Forest Landscape Utilization and development,improving policies and regulations,increasing the support of forestry authorities,multi-channel financing,expanding the scale of economic and industrial under forests,etc.
