Study On The Evolution Mechanism Of The Public Crisis Of Animal Epidemic In China

In the management of modern government,the governance of public crisis events as unconventional management has always been a difficult problem.The process of crisis evol ution is essentially the result of the conflict and balance of various forces that influence the evolution of crises,and shows a certain degree of regularity and regularity in time.The study of the mechanism is relatively simple and there is no comprehensive system.Therefore,this paper puts forward a comprehensive analysis model of the evolution mechanism of the pub lic crisis of animal epidemic,and the analysis of the combination of various and sin gle cases has the feasibility and reality of the research.The article first constructs the comprehensive analysis model of the evolution mechanism of the public crisis of the animal epidemic,and constructs the analysis idea through the theory,and combines the principle of the crisis dynamics to analyze the dynamic factors of the endogenous and external factors that affect the crisis evolution,and quantify the crisis evolution situation and the dynamic factors,and through order-logistic and multivariate linear regression analyses 146 public crisis of animal epidemic in China for2008-2018 years.The results show that the internal and external dynamic factors have general influence on the evolution of the crisis,and the influence of different dynamic factors on different dimensions is different.Then using the change point theory,the analysis of the time change and situation mutation of the evolution law of the crisis is carried out through the case of Song jiang floating pig.The results show that the evolution law of the crisis can be divided into early warning management stage,crisis management stage and post management stage through five functional points,and the power of each stage is different.Finally,from the perspective of the balance of crisis evolution dynamics and the stage of crisis evolution,the countermeasures for public crisis prevention and control of animal epidemics are put forward.
