This research aims at determining the nutrient level of fermented rapeseed mealin different regions of Hunan Provinceand assessing the apparent metabolizable energy?AME?,nitrogen corrected apparent metabolizable energy?AMEn?,AA apparent ileal digestibility?AID?and AA Standardized ileal digestibility?SID?of fermented rapeseed meal at different ages in AA chickens.Surveyed and collected 6 representative samples of fermented rapeseed meal from hunan province,the proximate composition such as crude protein?CP?,crude fat?EE?,crude ash?Ash?,crude fiber?CF?,acid detergent fiber?ADF?,neutral detergent fiber?NDF?,and amino acid contents of 6fermented rapeseed meal samples were analyzed.Selecting AA broiler chickens whose age 1 day,carrying out the metabolism test respectively in 11-13 and25-27d,collecting dung with the total collection method and measuring the metabolic energy.And in 14d and 28d,collecting chyme and measuring standardized ileal digestibility of animo acid.Analyze the relationships between chemical compositions and metabolic energy Then established the regression equations.Results of study showed that:1 The content of crude protein in the 6 kinds of fermented rapeseed meal was between28.57%-34.24%and the average value is 31.62%.In the essential amino acid,the leucine content was the highest,the average value was 2.66%,the average of arginine was 2.28%,the average value of histidine was 2.18%,and the average of lysine was 2.03%.The content of glutamic acid was the highest among the non essential amino acids,the average value was 7.15%,and the average content of tyrosine was the lowest,which was 1.09%.2 The AME and AMEn values of 6 kinds of fermented rapeseed meal 14 day old and 28day old AA chickens were obtained by regression method.Compared with the 14 day old age,the apparent metabolism could be increased by 2.52%,and the nitrogen correction apparent metabolism was increased by 2.39%,but the difference was not significant.The best predicting models of AME and AMEn on 14 ages:AME=1.533+0.234EE?R2=0.569,RSD=1.230?AMEn=-22..450-0.711EE+0.538CP?R2=0.546,RSD=1.040?The best regression equations of AME and AMEn on 28 ages:AME=5.533+0.263EE?R2=0.609,RSD=1.042?AMEn=--1.804+0.359CP?R2=0.782,RSD=1.151?3 The apparent ileal digestibility and standard ileal amino acid digestibility of 6 fermented rapeseed meal at 14 days and 28 days of age were determined by the method of ileal terminal digesta.The apparent Ileum Digestibility of threonine,valine,isoleucine and arginine was significantly different at the age of 14 days and 28 days of age?P<0.01?.The apparent Ileum Digestibility of leucine and histidine was significantly different?P<0.05?.The standard Ileum Digestibility of threonine,valine,isoleucine and phenylalanine was very significant?P<0.01?,and the standard ileum elimination of leucine The difference was significant?P<0.05?.The best predicting models of amino acid standardized ileal digestibility on 14 ages:SIDLys=156.828-5.276CP+3.978ADF?R2=0.440,RSD=8.232?SIDMet=110.644-2.81EE?R2=0.845,RSD=2.299?SIDThr=94.221-2.701EE?R2=0.546,RSD=9.406?SIDTrp=106.834-0.725CP?R2=0.789,RSD=0.227?The best predicting models of amino acid standardized ileal digestibility on 28 ages:SIDLys=-539.570+20.835 Ash+28.015CP-26.092ADF-6.778EE-1.244NDF?R2=0.982,RSD=2.419?SIDMet=-37.705+5.642Ash?R2=0.566,RSD=10.244?SIDThr=65.568+1.585 CF?R2=0.757,RSD=4.290?SIDTrp=40.112+8.825ADF-2.133NDF-3.346CF?R2=0.749,RSD=4.122?...
